House holiday rentals in Frankford

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Serena was great to deal with and communicated effectively with us. Unfortunately, the weekend was rainy weather, but the neighborhood amenities were able to keep our young children entertained. The neighborhood is very friendly and all the neighbors were pleasant. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with Oceans Edge Vacations at Marigot Beach Suites! The unit was very clean and in a great location with access to the beach in under 1 minute. The Host and Oceans Edge Vacations team was excellent! Upon check in Airbnb had an old # listed first on my account instead on my current #. My check in instructions was sent by Airbnb to the old # instead of my current #. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff was patient and attentive with me in solving the issue. Oceans Edge Vacations team sent me my check in instructions to my current # fast and explained how the issue can be fixed with Airbnb. Since my check in instructions was sent to a # that wasn't mine currently I requested a new access code be sent. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff changed my access code and sent it immediately. I was then free to enjoy my visit knowing no one but me had access to my unit. I can't say enough about the unit, Oceans Edge Vacations and it's Staff. I strongly recommend Oceans Edge Vacations.

I could not be happier with the overall experience. Amy responded immediately and in detail to all questions. The home was beautiful and very well maintained.

Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back to your Lewes Carriage House whenever possible!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location was very convenient to the beach, great local restaurants and shops. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We traveled with young kids and they felt very comfortable in this home. Ron, our host, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. It’s clear he really cares about creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a peaceful and memorable vacation home, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful setting to get away for the week. We had a small issue occur while staying at the house and Laura took care of it that day. She was timely with responding and communicating with us. The kids had a great time at the dock catching crabs and minnows. The pool was nice to have access to as well. We would stay here again.

We were in for our nieces graduation from SU and this was the perfect place to stay. It reminded me so much of home! It was peaceful and relaxing. It was so nice I wish we had been able to spend more time there! Susan was an exceptional host. She was very informative, gave us helpful tips, and was very friendly. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone. Best AIR BnB I’ve been to so far!

If you’re traveling with kids this is the perfect spot. Bethany beach was absolutely beautiful and you’re close to ocean city md. We are so happy with our decision to stay here.

Great spot for out guys golf trip. Right down the road from Bear Trap Dunes. Good space outdoors so you aren’t stuck inside or forced to go out somewhere to do activities.

We needed a small place to stay for a few days and this was the perfect place for the two of us; it was cozy, spotless, well equipped for all that we needed and the decor was beachy which was perfect for the area. Jacob was quick and attentive to any question we had - it was so quiet and peaceful outside. It was a perfect getaway for us - we would highly recommend to anyone needing a nice, quiet place in the future. Thank you!!!

My sister and I stayed for a week and it was by far the best place we have ever rented. The house was clean, tidy and well organized. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I flew to Philly on a red-eye and asked if we could get an early check-in and Ray said for sure, no problem at all. We will definitely stay at Ray's place next spring/summer.

Rented the home to stay close to Berlin for lacrosse tournament. The home had a room for each dad (2) and the 10 y/o teammates shared the (2) twin bed room. House was spotless inside. Everything was labeled and clear. Perfect solution if you have a tournament lacrosse or baseball in “OC” but it’s actually played in Berlin.

Beautiful, quiet place with the beach very easy to access from stay. The home was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back as soon as we can!

This was the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. The decor was lovely and a beautiful welcome basket was even left for us. The owners checked on us and were very responsive if we had a question. They left helpful information about the community, and it was a perfect place to stay. We would strongly recommend renting this condo!

The house was IMMACULATE! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Deck at the rear of the house was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The house is close to food markets and a variety of restaurants. Beaches are close by. Kayla returned all texts very quickly. On line pictures are accurate. You will not be disappointed with this property!

We had such a great time at Chris and Loree’s! This was our second trip to ocean city, and their condo was just the right distance from everything there is to do! The view on the balcony was incredible and their place was spotless and comfortable. It was a nice size, loved having washer and dryer and two bathrooms, since it was just me and two teenage boys! There was a TV in the closet that could be rolled out to the porch, where I enjoyed my morning coffee or evening de winding. The pool was nice, but the kids didn’t use it too much as they werent allowed to jump or throw their ball. With the beach being just steps away, they didn’t mind at all! Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you so much Chris and Loree!!

Jessica was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. We came down for a concert series and did not want to stay right in the beach. Jessica’s place was the perfect ride away but perfect for us, quiet and peaceful. Thank you Jessica!

We chose the Boho Bungalow because it checked all our boxes as far as proximity to the Rehobeth Convention Center and accommodating our dog. Candace was an outstanding host and we plan to book again next time we come to the area. The bungalow is just as described. We found it spacious and located in a peaceful neighborhood about 8-12min drive to downtown Rehobeth. We brought our bikes and reached the trailhead less than 10 min away and rode it to explore Golden Pond and Lewes. The place was immaculate and had sweet and thoughtful amenities. Candace and her darling dog Panda are kind and gracious hosts who gave us a relaxing stress free time to be away. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at "Message in a Bottle"! The house was extremely clean and provided everything our family needed for a comfortable getaway. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the amenities—having access to the gym was a huge plus, and the multiple walking paths made for great family outings. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!

This was a Very beautiful home. I would love to come back again. Mr Ernest was one of the best host I came across. He was very attentive and made everything so easy. The house is so spacious enough for my guests. They loved it. And Thank you again Mr Ernest for the recommendation for the restaurant Fagers Island in Ocean City, MD. The food was phenomenal and then we danced to the live band/then a DJ. It was my birthday and we had a blast. And the house was not too far from Ocean City. That’s were everything is. What stood out for me was the nice size kitchen and the bed rooms were decent size. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools or clubhouse but they looked very nice. I want to say . Thank you again for the use of your AirBnB. I truly had a great time.
