Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franconia

This was a perfect place for our sister’s trip! We were arriving late & Kristen kindly left the light on. The Niche was clean, roomy, & comfortable. We especially enjoyed Flume Gorge for a spectacular hike. The waterfalls were endless! Also, the town of N. Woodstock was so worth it for dinner options. The entire White Mountain area is beautiful.

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wright’s Mountain Retreat. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (and the sauna was a fun perk!). The surrounding area was beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

This home was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. :) So much thought and effort went into this place you can tell. Brittany was super kind, and the location is perfect! 30 mins from the cute town of Littleton and Franconia Notch State Park / White Mountain National Forest!

my family and I (wife, 7, 5, and 3 yr olds) loved Barbara's cabin. we felt immediately at home. The area was quiet and beautiful. 23 minutes to Loon and 15 minutes to restaurants. Barbara was very kind and quick to respond. plenty to stay occupied at home with great book, games, pool table, fire pit, land, even a couple of sleds and snowshoes. highly recommend.

Love the lakefront views! Sadly we stayed on a rainy holiday weekend so we weren't able to fully enjoy everything that the lake house had to offer. We also had a hiccup with the WIFI due to hardware issues with the router but luckily the technician came the next morning. Overall we had a good time.

The house was great and Brett was very easy to communicate with. We brought our 7 yr old and her friend who was 8 and they had a blast… it worked out well with the game room because of the weather we were indoors mostly. Highly recommended and would definitely circle back to Brett’s place.

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

Easy check in, everything was clean and the place looked just like the photos. I booked last minute and Bridget and Forest were able to accommodate us. Very appreciative. 11 out of 10 would definitely stay again!

Bonnie and Jerry were incredibly friendly. They both greeted us when we first arrived and offered any assistance for our stay. The location is pristine and glorious! Right on a lake with a view, there is a golf course and resort within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great stay in Campton at Ally and Bert’s place. Before checking in, we enjoyed a hike nearby that was lovely. When we arrived, the surroundings were beautiful and eclectic with very handsome horses on the premises and cool lawn adornments. The parking spot was clearly marked. The house was well off the road and private. The apartment seemed new and was very clean. It was cleverly decorated for the space and was very welcoming. We could hear footsteps above, both of the human and canine type, but it certainly didn’t bother us. It’s to be expected with a bottom level apartment, and we actually weren’t there all that much. When we were, it was infrequent. We would recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! My family of four really enjoyed our time there, especially sitting by the river in the Bear Bungalow, hiking at nearby Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch State Parks, and taking the Mt Washington cog railway on the first day of the season that it went all the way to the summit. The stars were amazing. We were so busy having fun outside, we ended up not even using the game room in the basement or the TV. Note the early (10am) check out time and that you want to use the Bethlehem rather than the Carroll address if your navigation gives you both. Bethlehem was mentioned in the initial booking but not the message I received right before the trip, and I mistakenly used the Carroll address, which took us to a closed unimproved road. Also, while it certainly didn't affect our visit, we didn't realize until we were sitting by the river that Rt 302 is right on the other side beyond the trees, so you will hear and see some cars. Great stay!

A great little cottage nestled in the woods. We enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from the local general store, went on a hike at Amos Mountain and visited North Conway. The cottage was a bit hot when we arrived but we opened the windows and got some air flowing! Other than that, everything was great.

Benjamin was a great host and gave clear instructions. We had a great time spending my graduation weekend at this unique AirBnB

Cute cabin on a quiet street but close enough to nearby Lincoln and Littleton. Nicely laid out and plenty of space for a family of 6 and a dog. Henry was quick to respond and communicate with.

This is an upgraded campground, so other sites nearby, but not too close. Tent sites seemed closer together than the tiny homes. The tiny home was very comfortable. Slept great. Saunas were great. Caught a small catfish in the pond on the property. 93 is within earshot, but so many campground in NE are within earshot of a road. We were in site 23 which is right on the river. It had just rained and the river just about completely drowned out any road noise. We had a great time and we hope to return.

We have stayed at Pioneer cabin several times now- and it is peaceful and welcoming in each season and with every visit! The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking, and the setting is serene. Our teen sons made memories grilling out, challenging each other to a dip in the chold May lake, and huddling around the firepit telling stories and laughing. My husband and I sat on the porch listening to the loons and soaking up the peace in the mornings. The beds were comfortable, and even on the chilly rainy Saturday the heat and electric fireplace kept it a cozy space to curl up with a good book. Our family is already eyeing the calendar to plan our next visit. Thank you for giving us the joy that Pioneer cabin provides with every trip. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cozy cabin! My family and pups felt so at home we honestly did not want to leave. It was clean, homey and beautifully located in the White Mountains. Daniel was so informative and responsive. We will definitely be planning another stay soon! Thank you !!
