Walk to the Beach from a Quaint and Brightly Renovated House

Design Sea House 2 with unique decoration by Coração Alecrim store. The house has two floors, on the first floor there is a mezzanine. In the Ground floor there is a one toilet and a living room with kitchene. The bedroom have direct sunlight. Outdoor terrace with great sun exposure. The house is in a prime area of the city, near the beach and the mouth of the Douro River. It's a quiet area with many restaurants and bars, a traditional market, and an organic food store. A municipal garden and a bicycle rental shop are close by. Transports: bus, tram, tourist bus and cab. Free parking in the area. We recommend a trip to the city park and if you like to eat good fish or seafood go to Matosinhos city where you find many restaurants. Matosinhos is a land of fishermen.

모루 정원 바로 밑이라 모루 정원 따로 갈 필요없이 숙소 테라스에서 즐길 수 있어서 넘 좋았어요! 위치 자체는 투어나 관광명소 가려면 동 루이스 다리를 계속 건너야 했지만 그만한 가치가 있었어요! 상벤투역 쪽보다 덜 혼잡해서 조용하고 야경도 너무 좋았어요! 다만, 강을 정면으로 바라보는 뷰가 아니라 사선으로 봐야 해요!(호스트님이 올리신 첫 번째 사진을 유심히 보세요) 저희는 3박 묵었는데 수건이 큰거 2장, 작은거 2장 뿐이라 수건을 조금 더 받을 수 있는지 요청드렸는데 39 유로를 지불하면 받을 수 있다고 하셔서 수건이 부족한건 좀 많이 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ... 말려쓰는 엔딩... 그 외에는 남편과 저도 숙소가 너무 좋았고 깔끔하고 향도 좋았어요! 화장실도 2개라 좋았어요! 포르투 여행을 떠올리면 숙소에서 바라본 뷰가 오래오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요!

Miguel’s place was exactly what he put on the listing. The place was fairly central, i always walk around without having to use public transportation. The room has a balcony with the view to a church so it’s a stealth deal without all the hidden fees of airbnb itself. Definitely going here again next time! Very recommended!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Rita, Tiago en Isabel. Rita en Tiago waren in eerste instantie niet thuis en we werden ontvangen door Isabel, die ons meteen thuis liet voelen. Elke ochtend stond er een uitgebreid ontbijt voor ons klaar met broodjes, yoghurt, kaas, koffie en fruit. Isabel bood ons haar zelfgemaakte compote en heerlijke visstoof aan, waar we enorm van hebben genoten. De kamer was alles wat we nodig hadden, met een fijn bed en een schone badkamer. Rita, Tiago en Isabel waren alledrie erg hartelijk en we voelden ons erg welkom. Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om naar Primavera Sound te gaan of Porto te verkennen.

When one travels, what counts as luxury is not embossed pillowcases but comfort, safety, electricity that works .... the luxury of an exceptional home and world suddenly opened to you filled with history and all the evidence of lives well and creatively lived. Gardens dense with greenery, induction stove, tea kettles and high ceilings. Hosts happy to engage and just as happy to not, as one needs. So if you want embossed pillows keep looking. If, rather, you want to share a moment of authenticity, you have found it.
