We had a fantastic stay! We didn't arrive until late so finding some cold drinks in the fridge and some snacks was greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean! The main club house offered activities which the kids enjoyed and is a short walk from the house. We were in town for a sports competition at ESPN and the drive was easy in & easy out. About 15 min to all the other parks and a short ride to stores & restaurants. My kidd especially liked that Twistee Treat was so close by! The house was fixed with all things necessary for traveling with little ones, like a highchair etc. and towels were all nicely packaged and clean. Communication & instructions was clear, precise & prompt. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time. Place was spotless and very welcoming. Communication was very informative, friendly and professional. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My kids loved the pool and me and my husband loved how we were able to be at the kitchen cooking and keep an eye on the kids since everything is right there.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent they were quick and responsive anytime we had a question. We enjoyed the game room, and the pool area was amazing. The jets didn’t always come on, and the hot tub jets were very light, more like gentle water flow than a typical bubbly hot tub, but still enjoyable. One unsettling moment happened around 9:00 PM during our family game night, the front door unlocked by itself. I reached out to the host immediately, and they responded very quickly and professionally. They believed it was a lock malfunction and followed up the next day after checking the video footage, confirming that no one had tried to enter. I had asked for the lock to be reprogrammed, but they explained that the system doesn’t allow for remote locking/unlocking, which felt a little uneasy, but they continued to reassure me it was just a glitch. The host’s quick response made us feel taken care of. Overall, a great stay!

Stayed here with my family and we loved everything about the home. The decor was the best part, each room had a theme and was done up to perfection. Maria responded back to me every time I inquired about something and fast. My family & I would love to stay here again in the future.

Our group had an amazing time at The Magic Kingdom 9BR Resort Pool! It is in a great location and the amenities included in the house provided the memorable experience that we were all hoping for for. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and friendly throughout. The location was perfect—peaceful but still close to everything. I especially appreciated how fast they responded to any questions or concerns I had. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This house is clean and well-maintained. The living room was slightly smaller than the photos showed, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The host and their team communicated very well. We didn’t have one issue with our stay. This is actually our second time renting from the host. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and host was very accommodating. We ran into issues with the pool/jacuzzi but thankfully our host was responsive and fixed it right away.

The home was amazing. My family really enjoyed the private pool as well as the resort waterpark and volleyball court. Our neighbors were really friendly and the host responded to any questions or concerns we had very quickly. The home is a bit of a walk to the resort waterpark so I suggest having someone drop everyone off and walking back because parking gets packed pretty quickly. Plenty of parking at the home and is located in a quieter less crowded part of the neighborhood. I say this because certain areas were so full of street parking that it was hard to get past. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would revisit myself as well. Tram and Steven did an excellent job with communication as well as the home!!

Loved our stay. The house was spacious and in a great area. The pool was nice and clean, everything looked just like the pictures. The resort is quiet and peaceful. Convenient to everything. Definitely recommend staying here!

The house was tailor-made for gatherings of family and friends! The game room, movie theater, pool, and simply the space, allowed for our large group to enjoy ourselves and be together comfortably. My only gripe would be that the cleaning crew didn’t quite get the place as clean as they could have. The pool needed tending to, trash from previous renters were in the outside trash bin, etc. Additionally, the bath towels and kitchen supplies were scarce and the bed pillows in every room left something to be desired. For as many people as the place sleeps, it could have been better stocked. Thankfully, we drove over from a nearby city and could bring with us many more supplies than someone who is flying in to stay. But none of these gripes overshadowed how overall awesome this place is for big groups! We had a fabulous time and would go back again!

A wonderful home with the WOW factor! The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms, from the moment you enter the home there is fantastic theming throughout! The beds are super comfy, exactly what we needed after long theme park days, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils making cooking simple and preparing food easy. The home is spotless and smelt wonderfully clean when we entered. Lovely safe a secure gated community with fantastic neighbours, lovely and tidy with great onsite facilities. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. Fantastic high speed internet. The pool is fantastic, amazing size and depth, we all had great fun here and slept amazingly. I absolutely would return and stay here again.

Beautiful home , exactly as in the photos. Outside space especially is amazing with sun on the pool all day. Home was spotless and modern and very well equipped with everything you’d need. Community not gated but felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to parks. Would definitely stay again.

Beyond the home itself, the host was outstanding—very responsive, helpful, and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our visit. It truly made our experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. We are already looking forward to returning!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic room appointments and everything we needed was there. People loved their themed bedrooms! The Facility was extremely clean. The pool table was very popular with my guests. Meyer was very friendly and responded to all my inquiries very quickly. Not only will we stay at this house again but we will recommend it to everyone.

Parents dream!! Book it!! The Villa is beautiful, clean, and perfectly decked out for entertaining! Everyone loved the Jurassic Park Game room! Awesome bedrooms! The older kids loved the Harry Potter room and nook. Each bedroom is unique and thoughtful. Kids rooms are amazing! Nice theater room with twinkle lights! Every child amenity needed, is there already! Pool and hot tub were both clean! Hosts are responsive and very friendly! Loved our stay! We will be back! 🤗

My only complaint would be the fridge shelf that was broken upon arrival and the dish washer that was somewhat difficult to keep closed to operate. Overall great stay

Tony & April’s home exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The communication was excellent, and they provided thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area.
