We appreciate the warm reception and welcome during our stay. Mr. Lúcio e D. Socorro who have always been attentive, making our experience more comfortable. The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

Sergio and his family were wonderful to me and my girlfriend. I was just waiting for a beautiful place, in front of the lagoon, to stay, but I felt like a part of the family and the local community. I just don't give 10 stars, because the maximum is 5, I would recommend as many times as necessary. If there are any english speakers reading this, this one is the place to go, the hosts will provide you w/ the best facilities, hospitality, laughs and kitesurf 🌊

The home was one of our best hits here on airbnb! The house is huge, with a lot of leisure area available, in addition to the support team that gave us all the support. There were some things that needed maintenance, but whenever necessary we asked the homegoers for help and they readily helped. For the rest, comfortable beds, clean bedding, working kitchen, refrigerators and freezers in great condition, barbecue in perfect condition Tbm, in addition to super well-maintained furniture and utensils. We love our stay, and we will definitely return!!

I and my friends love all the spaces in the house, all impeccable and complete and feel super welcomed with all the support given by Fábio and Debinha. It was amazing and we would come back more often for sure.

Very quiet, organized place, with a good location as it is close to both Praia do Futuro and the beach park. Maria's food and tourism tips were valuable. We felt at home. She was flexible with our check-out and very attentive.

Lara's place is extremely welcoming and affectionate! The apartment is beautiful and full of touches, arts and intimate objects. The pets are super gentle and docile! Lara was super solicit and friendly, responded to me quickly and was very patient with me! The location served me a lot! I spent little time but I really enjoyed it!
