Holiday rentals with beach access in Fortaleza

Very well located apartment, 3 minutes walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The area looks very touristy and quiet, if your idea is to be in Fortaleza for a few days it is a very good option to consider. One aspect to highlight is that you have to pay the electricity bill in cash, which, although it is not much, you may not have at that time since they do not accept card payments. If you come from outside, always have some change in your wallet for these things. Congratulations to Leo for making us enjoy this experience.

The house is cozy, organized and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has the essentials for those who are traveling and want practicality. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all my messages. I recommend it! :))

The apartment is very good, for its price it is the best, landscape apartments with this quality of view to the beach are more expensive, this was a find. Communication with Filomena and Lúcia is good, in 7 days of hosting we didn't even need to contact them, as everything was in order. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely the best location by the sea, basically just walking from the hotel you will find everything you need, from the most expensive to the cheapest, we spent very little on uber. The hotel is great, the access by facial recognition is very fast and practical and has swimming pools, 24-hour market and cafeteria. For your information, we paid 87 reais for energy during the 7 days we stayed. As a suggestion for the apartment, I believe it would be interesting to have a hair dryer, a full-length mirror in the master bedroom, streaming on the TV, and an electronic lock for practicality.

Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

We loved the house, good location, and large outdoor space, one issue is that there is a huge construction site next to the apartment and it makes a lot of noise from 8 am to 5 pm. Other than that, everything is fine, I recommend it

Big house, with a garage! Very good location, very centralized in the city! Calm and totally quiet street, no neighbors made noise. The price was very good!

My stay at Casa Aguaí was satisfactory. The location is good, the accommodation is cozy and met the needs. My suggestion is to invest in more screens or curtains for the high openings of the house. A blender would also be a good addition to the kitchen. I recommend it for people familiar with nature, animals, etc. I would come back again! ☺️

I liked the stay, but what the rooms lack is an Air Conditioning Unit, the first room was very hot; apart from the heat, everything was great, I will definitely come back more often.

Thoughtful, helpful, welcoming hosts. We weren't just greeted, we were welcomed. I've been to other accommodations, but in this one, I didn't feel “just one guest.” The house was clean and was lovingly arranged to receive us: available towels and sheets, bedding, pillows, fan; bathroom with toilet paper and disinfectant; kitchen with coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glasses, cups, 3 pots and as a kindness, we were provided with water for own consumption and a coffee. Luckily, Mrs. Madu's neighbor (as she likes to be called) works as a taxi driver and was always on hand to take us to the tours, at a fair price.

I appreciate the courteous and polite way I was treated along with my wife. Easily accessible place, everything very clean and pleasant, very close to the beach and excellent tents.

I loved my stay, the very beautiful apt with an incredible view, complete kitchen, clean , bed linen and impeccable bath. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk. A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

The location of the building is undoubtedly very attractive for tours and quick snacks. Close to everything you need, pharmacy, convenience, bars and a restaurant.

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....
