I was extremely pleased with the stay! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-kept environment with full kitchen and bathroom with excellent shower and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting, and still has a shop next door that makes everyday life much easier. The location is great, close to the beach. The host was very attentive and always ready to help. Would highly recommend!

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

I liked the stay, but what the rooms lack is an Air Conditioning Unit, the first room was very hot; apart from the heat, everything was great, I will definitely come back more often.

The location was received as shown in the images. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can go without any fear! The house is very private, very cozy, it has everything you need to spend many days and months there! Luciano was super helpful at all times, gave us several tips on places that delivered to the door: markets, pharmacy, roast chicken, water, everything you need has someone who can deliver to your door. There is a barber next to the house. It is close to a mall, there is always an Uber in the area and on the way back there is always an Uber that accepts right away to return. The place far exceeded expectations, I highly recommend it!

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. First of all, perfect location Large and well-organized apartment, had pots and a minibar to leave food, close to a supermarket and several restaurants and especially close to Iracema beach Secondly: the host was very receptive and polite, super helpful, and helped a lot when we arrived and when we left The location and the space are worth it, my husband and I stayed, the space was worth it, we will definitely return Note: there is a nearby bar called “Dona Mocinha” on Sundays there is a party, for those who do not like noise maybe it will bother you but for me it was all right, I slept normally

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

The service regarding the doubts that arose was resolved quickly and with great promptness. The place is on the 12th floor of the building, very beautiful, cozy and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen contains basic and useful utensils for the stay we had. The only point to note, which I don't consider negative, is that we could have been informed at check-in that the hotel pool was closed. We only found out because of the notice inside the elevator (the pool/leisure area was a determining factor for renting the place). Otherwise, we had another option nearby, which was the beach, just across the avenue. The apartment floor is very quiet and peaceful, a very positive point. Easy to get around with app cars, both to get to and from the hotel. I recommend it and I want to come back more often, this time with the pool working.
