Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Pond

Karen and Rob were wonderful hosts. Everything was clean, and the beds were so comfortable!! Their place was perfect for our family of 4. The location was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with access to a private beach area. They had bikes for us to use and a cool basement with Centipede (the old video game). They were responsive when we had questions, and kindly offered to let us check out later since they had no booking on the day we were leaving. I would highly recommend their place to anyone.

Our host - John - could not do enough for us! Extremely friendly and gracious. We had an opportunity to have time to chat and he helped us pick out local restaurants. Highly recommend John's cabins. They are quaint, quiet and relaxing! Would love to go back again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Missy was very communicative and welcoming. We did a little weekend getaway from the city, and it was our first time in Montauk. Missy provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made our short trip feel fuller. She was very generous to let us check in early as we had to work remotely. She was easily accessible throughout our stay. We all really liked the place and how close it was to everything and would rebook if we’re ever back in Montauk.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

Claudias place might be my favorite air bnb I have stayed at. She has EVERYTHING you could ever think of! The kitchen is stocked with supplies and coffee, which I really appreciated. It was extremely clean and so cozy and felt like your own little space. It is comfortable, private, and a perfect get away from the city. Great for visiting Hamptons if you have a car! Also love her recommendations. I would come back here again and would recommend it without reserve!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. We were a party of 5 women and we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, the unit was spotless and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessities, the towels and linens provided were very nice quality, and Amanda was a wonderful host and very responsive. We were able to check-in early which is always an added bonus. The only thing we would recommend being disclosed is that the train is right behind the location and came through pretty early in the morning and was quite loud. Also worth mentioning in the description would be the amount of stairs to get up to the living area of the home. This was not an issue for us, but could be difficult if you had large suitcases and heavy items to carry up. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Located conveniently close to the North Ferry. It’s above the local bookshop and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the town. Beds were comfortable, showers got nice and hot with good water pressure and couches were comfortable as well. There is also a great coffee shop right across the street. We loved our stay here and we are looking forward to booking again in the future. Highly recommend.

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

Amazing place. Sally and Eric were great. Even gave me pointers on where to catch pickleball in the afternoons after a long beach day. 100% recommend.

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!
