House holiday rentals in Fort Myers Beach

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She even got balloons as a favor so they would be there at check in!! We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful as we got stuck in the Tampa airport overnight. While there are some homes destroyed from the hurricane and others being built, it did not subtract from the beauty of this newly remodeled and updated home. The pool isn't heated so it made for a chilly spring break (or refreshing depending on how you look at it) but Lisa is discussing this update with the owners.

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

This place was so comfortable and relaxing. We lived the pool and the easy access to the beach. We had an AC issue and Angie was all over it and had it fixed within a couple hours. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Bright and comfortable modern home. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened in patio and heated pool are great hang out spots. Very easy vacations with young kids as high chair, pack and play and pool toys were provided.

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect! The pool was amazing! We absolutely LOVED our stay and wanted to stay an extra day! We had a wonderful stay. Nice walkable location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Lovely little place. Betsy was easy to communicate with and a great host!

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

Whitney’s place is great to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Florida’s west coast. This 2/2 has everything that is needed (she even provided beach towels!) and is co-located with another studio in the same structure, however they are completely independent, Each with parking space (covered). Whitney was very responsive, providing ample instructions and checking if everything was as expected. The beach is less than 5 min walking. There is also a Publix supermarket about 2-3 mins by car. Our family had a great time on the place and the area.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We plan to return again & won’t hesitate to recommend this home to friends & family. 5 star stay, for sure! Thank you, Amy

We had such a great time here! Beautiful, very clean, thoughtful, and comfortable home to stay in. The pool is truly a luxury, our boys had so much fun! Super close to the beach—what a treat to be within walking distance! We loved the live music and vibe of FMB, and look forward to staying here again.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Loved staying at Shawn’s place! So close to Fort Myers Beach! It was perfect for me and my wife! Would totally stay here again!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean (seriously, so so clean!), beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location—just minutes from the Sanibel beaches. They provided everything we needed, including towels and beach chairs, all in perfect condition. We felt right at home and will definitely be coming back!

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Sarah did an excellent job of keeping the place tidy, welcoming, stocked with drinks and snacks, and the pool was excellent. I also appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is at night and how powerful and responsive the AC system was. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept in every day! The property truly is a very convenient walk to a nearby coffee truck and the beach. She is an incredibly responsive host. We loved our stay.

Due to 2 airline cancelations, I had to cancel my stay. It was a very frustrating situation but beyond my control. Communicating with Peter about my changing circumstances was easy and Peter promptly responded to my frequent updates, and he was very understanding. I plan to stay at his place once I finally get to Cape Coral!

Laurie and her family are so amazing and there are great hosts. Their house is wonderful and everything was clean and felt like home. They have everything you need for a beach vacation. The backyard pool and hot tub were our favorite. My husband and son loved to fish right there in the canal. We spent many nights hanging at the pool and watching TV and grilling out. Very relaxing and a short walk to the beautiful beach and gulf. We can’t wait to return.

Me, my wife and another couple went on a much needed couples trip. This place was the perfect getaway after a few intense months. We spent most of our time outside. As nice and inviting as the living room was, we stayed conversing near the water fall either in or out of the pool/spa. Rachel was very responsive whenever there was an issue. She was very patient with a very sleep deprived group when we first got there. We’ve done a lot of air bnbs. This is the best one. Definitely coming back.
