Peter was very gracious and understanding about our change in plans. The place was very nice. Enjoyed our stay in the area.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

We had a wonderful stay, the space was beautiful, comfy and clean. Lots of amenities and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in the Denver area. Nice central location for a number of day trips in a the area as well. Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Timothy was very responsive and an excellent host! It was also a treat to have two shower heads in the shower & that we had access to a washer and dryer.

For the same price as a suite at a local hotel, we had an entire town home with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, and a garage. Everyone had their space, and we weren't tripping over each other in a cramped room. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Carrie was very responsive and helpful. In my husband's words, this was hands-down the best accommodations we have booked.

A beautiful place! Amazing atmosphere, the house felt so welcoming and cozy. Bobbie was very responsive and we thank the host for letting us stay!

Everything was great, but be aware of parking in front on Thursdays, being we received a $50 parking ticket. The street sweeping occurs on Thursday and same thing applies for the opposite side of the street on Friday.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it! Fresh eggs, beautiful views, peaceful, and Daniel and Dee are wonderful!

🌱Exceeded expectations for our long weekend of Red Rocks, Block Party, Casa Bonita and Meow Wolf. 🌱The decorations/themed rooms made every moment feel like an experience. A surprise around every corner that brought excitement to everything we did. 🌱Of course the biggest excitement was the mystery room- think reverse escape room- 🌱That’s not to downplay the counterpart to the mystery solving and brain teasers— the relaxation and calm of the sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi. 🌱Our masseuse, Storm, was phenomenal- true artist at her craft, a healer. 🌱Our driver to Red Rocks, Huysein, was very friendly and nothing beats the convenience of having a ride 🌱John = most PLUR host and human. He is so easy to communicate with. Even just though messages, I feel the care you have for your home and guests 🌱All the usual things people like to hear about in reviews-perfect! Details go above and beyond. He’s thought of every thing. (Ran out of characters-take my word for it, we’ll be back)

Beautiful space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a cop of coffee on the deck before heading out for adventures. Close to Boulder for hiking. Close to Denver for city things. Close to Red Rocks for Sting! Had an amazing time in the area; cannot wait to go back and stay at Holly's. Thanks for hosting us.

Caden place was comfortable and welcoming!! It was the perfect space for our needs, with a both a mini fridge and a microwave we were able to bring back leftovers and heat them up, and also make popcorn and such things for some movie night snacks!!! 10/10 would look forward to booking with Caden again!!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

This is not your average stay. It’s elevated. Vintage art and furnishings - not old but curated. You will feel chic and also ready to move in and be the coolest version of yourself. In a building with a cute bar/restaurant with patio as well as a coffee shop. Can you tell I loved it? My only regret is that my stay was too short due to a 6 am flight!

Location is handy for visiting attractions like the Aquarium and Union Station. The apartment was clean and laid out very functionally. It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy area. We had a great view of the city from our fifth floor balcony. Check-in and check-out was completely transparent with detailed instructions. Only negative is the challenge in finding a parking space nearby. p.s. "Tasty Pot", the restaurant in the building, is amazing.
