The get away home

The house is very spacious with a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and door to go to the back yard, it is in a safe area, it has a huge blocked fenced backyard, very comfortable home to enjoy and relax a peaceful quiet get away vacation smoke free, plenty of parking for a boat and toys, its surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants and parks. There's a near by hospital. A Walmart around the corner. We are near the Avi hotel where you can launch your boat. It's near the river, casinos, rotary park and dog park .

Amazing large family house close 2 Lake and river

#1 My place is close to Lake Mohave. Just 5 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada and the Big resort Casinos and Las Vegas is a short 90 minute drive. Lake Mohave is Katherine landing, see the Marina for boat and Seadoo PWC rentals. Davis Camp is great 4 the river, At the end of our block for great views of the dam, seadoo rentals, gazebos, & great day camping & BBQ. Must see Historic Oatman mining town & Grand Canyon west rim(2hrs) south rim 3hrs. Sams club, Chilis, IHOP, Walmart, Etc. 5 minutes away

Only want to stay a weekend & have pet, let me know & I will lower the pet fee. 950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.

Incredible 5 Bedroom, 6 bath riverfront home with private boat dock. Yes - every bedroom has a bathroom! Only 30 minutes from Havasu or Laughlin, and 10 minutes from Pirates Cove and Topock. Great location BEFORE the river gets shallow - boat any time of day without depth issues! Breathtaking views from patios. Sandy beach area out front, protected from current for the little ones. Walking distance to Launch Ramp, 18 hole golf course, bar and grille, and pro shop with cart rentals.
