Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

It's right off the main road that connects Fort Mohave to Bullhead City with an easy option to take the nearby parkway straight to the Laughlin casinos. The Avi Casino is an even closer drive from the property. You will enjoy the home as you'll have the whole house to yourself. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bath, kitchen and garage. Total of 4 beds. The backyard is spacious with a fire pit for hosting outside.

Relax into the slow pace desert life in our brand new desert home, designed + decorated with love. Traveling with kids? Our Desert Oasis has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

If you're looking for a very nice, well kept open concept space in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, this is the place for you. I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities Ryan's place had to offer die to work but I enjoyed my stay regardless. hRyan was very responsive if I had any questions. He provided a list of restaurants and activities to do in the area. I will definitely visit the area again and hope to stay at Ryan's place.

The house is beautiful and clean. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. My youngest wanted to celebrate turning 21 in a casino but staying at a hotel was unappealing. This house was in a perfect location for my kids to have fun in Laughlin and my husband and I could relax when we weren’t participating in the activities. It was so nice having a private BBQ and pool where we can hang out and relax. Kitchen was amazing and I could cook for my crowd of plant-based children! I would love to enjoy another stay with my grown up children again in the future! The waterfall was amazing! We appreciated the provided pool towels too.

My daughters and I visited Fort Mohave to spend time with some family that live there. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and the kitchen had everything I needed to host a little bbq. I would highly recommend and we will look forward to a future stay at this property. Brian, the host, was great. He was very friendly and responded promptly to a couple questions I had. We enjoyed the pool and the Huge spa! Thank You for a nice memorable stay!! :)

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

Rosa's house was in the perfect location for our family needs. The house was as pictured and clean, but some things to note was that is was missing night stands in bedrooms other than the master, there were no chairs in any of the bedrooms, and no furniture out back. Additionally, the scent from the Glade plugins was over whelming! We did appreciate that dogs were welcome, but it was also apparent that other dogs had peed on the carpet in times past because when you got near the carpeted floor you could smell it, which may have been the reason for all the plugins? It was evident the carpet had been cleaned, but it wasn't enough to remove the smell. My suggestions would be to remove all the carpet and put the laminate floors throughout the house, reduce the use of plugins, add bedside tables to non master bedrooms, and add at least one chair in each bedroom. Patio furniture in the back would be a bonus! Aside from that, it's a nice space in a good location that suited our family's needs
