Lovely, spacious , well appointed cottage in lovely village. Spa shop and pub very close. Although on a main road in the village we found it quiet in the cottage. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Although I didn’t meet Rachel, I did meet her husband Adrian. What a great bloke! This house has everything you need and more! Pool table, darts board, karaoke machine, jacuzzi, small pool and even flashing lights! Ady was super responsive and helpful.

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous cottage inside and out Owners are on site but you wouldn’t notice. The swimming pool area felt like we were on holiday Hot tub, built in BBQ area and lots of outdoor space

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Absolutely beautiful, stylish caravan. Felt like a luxury hotel. Quiet spot, direct and easy location. The hosts were absolutely marvellous and have provided a clean and enjoyable space. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. A hidden gem both the owners and there beautiful accommodation.

Our group enjoyed a brilliant two night stay at Tall Trees. Everyone expressed what an exceptional weekend it was! The home is beautifully kept, in a lovely private location, with everything available to us at the home, no need to leave the house if you didn’t want to for a couple of days. Use of the hot tub and outdoor heated pool was a perfect touch to our stay. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Michael and his mother Susan, have both been excellent hosts, very responsive to our needs and questions and very accommodating. There were some minor issues out of their control during the weekend but again Susan was extremely accommodating and more than happy to address this immediately so as to not impact our stay. Overall a wonderful weekend and stay at Tall Trees, we hope we have the opportunity to return again in future.

Really enjoyed our stay in Ian's place , lovely little bungalow in a peaceful area. spotlessly clean , well equipped kitchen . lovely bathroom & lounge area. Garden was great for our dog to run around , nice sitting area in garden. Great communication with hosts, would not hesitate to book again . Thank you for letting us stay.

One of the nicest, most well thought out and brilliantly managed airbnbs we ever stayed in, in the last 10 years! Comfortable, easy flat with everything laid on, lovely decor and facilities, thoughtful touches and so easy to walk into town to get a meal. Really highly recommended, thank you x.

New build so the place was amazing and easily accommodated 5 adults. With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and 1 extra toilet spread over three levels we all had our own spaces. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine made it feel like home. Dean was very responsive and accommodated our request for early entry. The house was spotless when we arrived. I highly recommend this house when you next visit Formby.

Simone was very responsive to our questions and even tried to find a go around for something we asked, that wasn’t expected. She even gave us a call through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if she could do anything more (not that there was any need) to make our stay more enjoyable. Simone is an excellent host that we will be happy to use her properties again in the future, should the need arise.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home and it was very well equipped. It is a gorgeous period property with log burners inside and in the well kept garden. Jacquie was responsive and this kind lady left my parents a bottle of wine. The kitchen had eggs, bread and butter, milk, tea and coffee and some condiments and cleaning products. I would definitely return and this home is great value for money. Thanks for the stay.

we had options to book several other propoerties for our guest who was staying for the week but katys place looked every bit the ideal location and didnt disappoint. we were working in ormskirk so was an ideal 15 minute drive to our fitout. for eating out we visited the plough in lathom and hickorys in hutton, preston... both within a short drive of the location. We have more work to do in ormskirk so will book again.

One of the most beautiful places i have stayed. The way they have done the place is amazing and the attention to detail. It has given me inspo for my own home. So clean and cosy. Beautiful village down the road with plenty of shops, pubs and food. Everything was easy from start to finish. We will 100% be back.

We stayed over Christmas, gorgeous house, didn’t need to use the car at all, very central location. Lyn was a great host, will definitely book again.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Really nice neighbourhood. The garden was so pretty with a beautiful woods at the back. Could hear birds all day, very peaceful. The house had everything we needed including a great walk in shower. Getting into Liverpool was easy. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it’s also easy to get Ubers. Thankyou Jon & Vics.

My 3 adult children and myself stayed at Julia's whilst visiting Liverpool. The property was within walking distance of train station into City. A clean, comfortable home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Julia a great host!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

6 adults stayed for one night for a chilled pamper/ baby shower evening and we all couldn’t fault a thing. The Coach House is beautifully decorated, clean and homely. Sarah was in touch regularly and gave clear instructions. This made our stay stress-free and I felt comfortable to contact Sarah if anything arose. Would definitely recommend this stay. The bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a lovely extra. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sarah.
