Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

We found the booking with Christine was seamless, the accommodation was as expected but would have liked a king size bed, a double is great but not when you are over 6ft, off road secure parking was a bonus, the only criticism was the outside area was a great space with plenty of seating but could do with a sweep. Overall value for money and a great stay, thankyou to Christine

This is a really nice place. Close to everything in city center. It had everything we needed. We were able to prepare a few meals and even log in to streaming services on two newish smart TVs. Kunle was super accommodating and a very nice guy. This was a perfect place for my wife and I to meet up with our adult daughter and enjoy a long weekend in Liverpool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a lovely stay with Joyce. The room was very comfortable and has everything you need. It was very cosy and a lovely place to spend the night after a very busy day. Joyce was very friendly and accommodating. Good transport links into Liverpool City centre. Extremely good value for money, highly recommend.

Spent a great weekend in Liverpool celebrating a wedding anniversary and the mighty LFC winning the league. Apartment was ideally located for exploring the city and we have no complaints. The hosts were very responsive throughout, very approachable and polite. The apartment has everything you need for a solid base to enjoy Liverpool. Thank you Anthony and Catherine.

Very comfortable to stay at Berta’s. She’s so kind and considerate. The room is nice and it’s not far from some Beatles tribute sites which are not located in the city center. Taking bus from the house or just have a walk is convenient. I enjoyed the trip so much and would like to choose Berta again if I return to Liverpool.
