PLEASE READ: Beaches is a beautifully decorated self-contained apartment our address is 46 Westby street FY8 5JG, a stones throw away from all local wine bars, restaurants, shops and infamous Lytham green and beach. The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Lovely 2 bed upstairs flat 5 mins walk from beach

Conveniently positioned comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins walk. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in **THERE IS A SOFA BED SUITABLE FOR A CHILD

We are situated one street from the beach and promenade and a short 12 minute walk into the town centre. Providing an ideal location for couples, families, groups of friends or work colleagues. The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
