Francesco greeted us with a smile and a helping hand up the one flight of outdoor stairs and the one flight of indoor stairs to his beautiful apartment. He, unlike other hosts, quickly accepted our last minute request to book when we realized we needed to cancel the first place we chose. He allowed us to enter even when his cleaners were quickly finishing up a last minute job for us. The apartment is on two floors - 2 BR & 2 BA on the first, and a fabulous open, light, colorful kitchen/salon upstairs with sliders to a large terrace with a table and loungers and beautiful panaromic view of the water and mountains - exactly what I had hoped for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lacco Ameno is an underrated gem on Ischia. The perfect little peaceful seaside village with shops, restaurants and mildly bustling local scene day and night. Bus stop, thermal bath park and best gelateria very close. Highly recommended! Laura's flat was just as described. Absolutely Charming. Very spacious and accommodating for two couples with even more room for one more. The home offered a perfect location right in front of Pescatore Beach. From our balconies we had a view of the beach in front and an absolutely peaceful forest in the back. We would enjoy wine and appetizers on the beautiful Terrance before heading out for our evening stroll and later dinners. It was truly the best of both worlds. Walking distance to both the Port and the Castle. The refrigerator was stocked with fresh fruit, bottled waters, local white wine, coffee grounds and pastries which were greatly appreciated. Laura would check in with us on a daily basis asking if we needed anything. My one and only issue was that there was no air conditioner, but we had a fan and Laura also offered to purchase a 2nd one if we needed. When we return to Ischia, we definitely will plan to stay at this beautiful home.

The room is a short walk from a number of restaurants, shops, and the shore. The room was clean, with a number of amenities. Checking in was very straightforward, and Elvira was responsive during the whole process.

The small cottage with the wonderful terrace is directly above the sea. Sea sounds and sunsets … Paolo is a friendly and likeable host. Directly below is the bar, where you can enjoy a meal. I would have stayed longer and would love to come back.

Gaetano is a very personable, helpful and open host. He picked me up from the ferry when I arrived in the late evening and took me back to the ferry on departure. Regarding arrival and departure times, he was very flexible and generous. I felt the contact with him was very pleasant. I would have liked to learn more about his artistic work. The accommodation is beautifully located and in particular the bedroom nicely decorated. The many terraces and flower meadows offer opportunities for sunbathing and at the same time the opportunity to enjoy the view in silence. The amenities are basic, but especially for solo travelers, Gaetano's offer is a great value for money. Starting points for beautiful hikes are within walking distance. Public transport runs regularly and is easily accessible. I walked out of the garden with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and would love to come back.

Our stay was very nice! It felt so cozy to sit out on the porch and eat breakfast, and everything felt very clean when we got there. Great communication!

Great place to stay on Procida. Vincenzo was very helpful and gave us some good advice on places to visit, and places to eat. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Nice garden setting, and a few steps through the garden to a stunning view of the beach and the historic Corricella port in the distance. Wi-Fi was a little spotty (if that is important to you), but I would say just turn it off and enjoy the setting.

Anna was a lovely host, very friendly and warm. The apartment was well-equipped, had enough towels and bedding for the 4 of us , and had great, spotlessly clean showers with good water pressure. Modern bathrooms, nice kitchen, and outside gardens and seating for us to use. We were very happy with Anna's place.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the town and port while right in front of a public beach. Being on the main road can be noisy during the day but we had no issues at night. Communication with the owner was very clear and quick to respond. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

I didn’t realize that we had family on Ischia; that’s how down-to-earth, welcoming, friendly, and amazing Tanja is! She is the most generous, kind, responsive and giving person—let alone host—that we have ever encountered via AirBnB. Tanja’s place is extremely charming and full of character, with very high ceilings and perfect little touches in every room. As spoiled North Americans, we are used to having A/C on in the summer months, and that was the only thing that would have made our stay at Tanja’s place more comfortable. Apart from that, I highly recommend staying at Tanja’s place when visiting Ischia!

Luca was absolutely fantastic the whole stay, great recommendations, had a night I won’t forget due to his advice, fantastic guy and couldn’t have asked for more, would love to come back here as is a gorgeous town, all in all amazing.

Very large apartment, very well furnished . Air conditioning in all rooms . Large terrace perfect for dining and breakfast . Basically on the beach, the factory in front of Cap e Fierr is very kind and a first-class restaurant. Also very close to the services , with the bus you go everywhere . Vacation. Definitely above expectations , thank you !!

Luca's a considerate host, and one feature we liked is that the air conditioning is in both bedrooms and the front room and works really well.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Ilaria's apartment for two days. We had a great time! A ten and praise to Ilaria for everything: impeccable cleanliness, friendliness, availability, flexibility of check-in/out, location of the accommodation. The owner also kindly allowed us to park the rented scooter inside without any problems. And the last treat, given our difficulty in reaching the port to store our luggage, Ilaria was kind enough to offer us a bus ticket. We'll definitely be back!

Of all the apartments I've rented in Italy, this was the absolute best. The place is incredibly clean and looks exactly like the photos, updated to American standards. We had 3 people, but it is very spacious with plenty of room for a party of 6 to spread out for some downtime. The location cannot be beat as it conveniently in the middle of everything. Pierangelo was one of my favorite hosts ever. He was just wonderful, even seamlessly sending me to his doctor for a quick visit when I got sick. I've always loved Sorrento but have always been disappointed with the accomodations available, but this place was the absolute exception. It's a place you could move right into and feel at home, a very difficult find in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast It's a special apartment you find yourself wanting to stay longer than your trip allows. Do not hesitate to book as you will be so grateful you did. The accomodation- as well as your host, Pierangelo- will rank at the top of your whole trip.

Spacious, clean apartment with comfy beds and great views of the aurrounding area, imcluding Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Close to Positano and Sorrento, which made visiting nearby towns very easy. Apartment itself has pretty much everything you would need and the private garden overlooking the valley is a BIG plus after a hot day! Alessia was very helpful and responsive which made check-in and the stay 5 stars!

This was the highlight of our Italy adventure. The house was amazing. The views from the balcony were unbelievable and we were lucky enough to see fireworks every night (though it was just lucky). We could see the marina and even our girls swimming in the ocean off the beach right from the balcony. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit and enjoy the evenings together. The walk up to town was incredibly easy and took about 10-15 minutes. But it was not necessary to go to town because the restaurants and shops in Marina Grande were everything we needed. The ability to rent paddle boards and boat tours right there by the apartment was so convenient. Still it was fun to walk up to the main town and shop all of the small shops and pop-ups. It was a truly incredible experience to be in Sorrento. We will 100% be recommending this rental to everyone we know visiting the area and we will return as soon as we can.

I appreciated your recommendations and checked out several of the restaurants and tourist spots you listed. The apartment was clean and well equipped and was a nice escape from the hectic streets of Naples.

Beautiful apartment! The hosts comms were great. Incredible location. Very well equipped. You do need to be fit to climb all those steps, but it is well worth it, and a lift is coming soon i understand :-)

This is the most special villa and there is not a better location. Close to the pier, beaches and amazing restaurants. We truly enjoyed the balcony each night after a long day of sightseeing. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place!

Margherita’s place was just as described!! Clean, spacious and very tranquil. I had never been to Naples and when I arrived I was worried since the location of the flat is so central, that could be noisy but as Margherita says in her description the flat it’s very quiet and you can barely hear a sound. Also the A/C saved my life, Naples can be extreme hot and I truly recommend to get a places like Margherita’s with A/C in both, the living space and the bedroom. Lastly, Margherita was exquisite, fast in replying and full of recommendations. When I will be back in Naples next, I will definitely try and stay there again. Thank you Margherita for hosting me ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Antonino’s apartment. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Antonino was a great host – responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
