Family-friendly holiday rentals in Forio

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. She was always available to us and was very warm and helpful. Giovanna also had some valuable tips for us. The location is great, not far from the beach, bus stop, supermarket right next door and some very fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house is very lovingly decorated and nothing is missing. We were able to extensively enjoy three beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the mountains. Only the furnishing of the terraces could use an occasional update. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Giovanna!

We had a fun time! The location is great (if you prefer the quiet side of the island), the studio is nice, the terrace with a view is perfect, and the pool is a real plus (the beaches are very busy so it's a pleasure to have the pool in the residence). The little extra: from the path that leads to the residence to the doors of the studio, you will be immersed in an oasis of greenery! We'll be back for sure!

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

Everything is great, fast communication, very clean and great location. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great time at this resort. It doesn't look like much from the outside especially where the location is but when you go inside it was really pretty. Our view was amazing. Really amazing--we felt like we were right in the ocean. We visited off season so it was almost empty when we were there. You can walk to some restaurants and bars and it is very close to the docks where the ferry arrives. We would go back. Alessandro and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. Its very well located, one step away from all what you need. Marco was very friendly and helpful, he gave us information about the best beaches, places to visit, etc. I totally recommend the place, it was a pleasure!!

After initially struggling to find the place (mostly due to Google maps not working great here!), I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you’d possibly need. I ended up cooking both nights I was here and I wasn’t without anything. Really lovely space, and the balcony is a perfect place to have your morning coffee on. Location was in the centre of the island so perfect walking distance to explore everywhere on foot. Many beaches also close by. Can’t wait to come back!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. It’s got everything you need for a short stay. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in Ischia! Our host Francesca (Lello’s mom) was incredibly attentive and accommodating, she made sure we had everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to several beautiful beaches and swimming spots, with easy access to great bars, restaurants, and cafés. Francesca also gave us excellent local recommendations. The Airbnb itself was super clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home and hope to stay again next summer! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place to stay on Ischia, as it was close to everything: Bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, gelato. Chiara’s place was very comfortable for 5 adults. The rooftop terrace is amazing, and is where we spent most of our time. There are several flights of stairs to get to the apartment and a spiral staircase to get to the rooftop. However, there is also a nice terrace right off of the dining area. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ischia.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Gabriele was incredibly kind, super helpful, with really great advice on where to go, what to do and above all where to eat! A perfect structure for both a few days and longer periods. RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

Cannot wait to go back! This was one of the most spectacular air bnbs I’ve ever been to. The view and the balcony were simply amazing. The private pool with ocean views was so relaxing. Chiara and Alessandro were so helpful with recommendations for our stay as well

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

Fantastic location. There were 3 generations staying and something for us all. Swimming pool was great. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this place and would thoroughly recommend it

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

Giovangiuseppe has been very friendly and responsive. The house was spotless and beautiful. It also has an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This Villa was stunning. Ample room for everyone to have their own space, but also a huge dinning room table to come together with family or friends. I would highly recommend this Villa! The pool area was beautiful and you are treated to a sunset every night.

This was truly a magical stay. The villa is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen — peaceful, full of charm, and with its own beautiful lemon tree garden. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay forever. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, even picking us up and dropping us off at the port, which made everything smooth and easy. The villa itself feels like a destination — so serene and stunning that it was hard to leave for sightseeing. Just being there was already an unforgettable experience ❤️
