If you are looking for a waterfront house on a flat lot, this is for you! It’s an open floor plan, with a lot of character and charm. It has a private dock and is on an acre of land. No wake cove right off the main channel. We are less than a mile from the Smith Mountain Lake state park, 10 min from Virginia Dare Cruises and Marina, a few min from Mariners Landing Golf Club. Kayaks and SUPs for your use and a tube should you rent or have a boat. No cozier place to be on the lake!
