This is a perfect rental off one of the most beautiful streets in Lynchburg. The property is clean and well appointed with a wonderful view of the neighborhood from the Crows Nest! The host was also very responsive when I had to adjust the reservation. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful space!

I flew a red eye and Jared promptly wrote, offering an early check-in which was wonderful! Thx for the great stay!

The home was absolutely lovely! Warm, welcoming, and beautiful location. We had a few adjustments in our schedule and Jenna worked with us! We plan to stay here again when we visit the area.

The description/pictures totally matched what you got. What you don’t see visually from pictures but experience is a very clean apartment (in a beautiful neighborhood) along with little details such as noise makers, extra toiletries for emergencies (in case you forgot to bring like a toothbrush, etc) These little touches show that the host cares about you having a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place had very comfortable beds, sheets & bedding. The towels and water pressure were also good. The pictures and description were accurate. Loved the restaurant recommendations. Communication was excellent.

This was our first visit to Lynchburg and we chose Courtney's because of its proximity to Liberty University (which was hosting the Conference USA Baseball Championship). This home is only a few short miles from campus in a quite neighborhood. We also discovered we were only a few miles from Downtown Lynchburg which was an awesome place to grab diner and drinks after a long day of college baseball (highly recommend Fratelli Italian Kitchen). The home is a little older with few updates but it worked out really well for my wife and I who are remote workers (we just need to plug in our computers) - we each had our own space and could easily do our work (although a few more outlets would have been nice). The driveway is long and narrow so we chose to park on the street in front of the house which was simple to do. We did have some upstairs neighbors for a bit, but other than some minor squeaky floors, it was not a bother. We would stay here again on another visit to Lynchburg

Brand new, nicely furnished, good water pressure, balcony was wonderful, beds comfortable, will try to stay here again the next time we are in Lynchburg

Stephen was a GREAT host! He sent me a great "How To Check-in" video before the trip. This showed where to park and how to enter the apartment. He was responsive and proactive with anything and everything we needed! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!!!

Such a greet host! All we needed was there! The place is roomy, clean and has everything, kitchen, including entertainment! The host is responsive, communicates well from the beginning when we booked the place and they lay out clear expectations which is nice. I will book the place again if we travel in Lynchburg next time! Thank you William and Jessica!

If you ever get a chance to stay here in Lynchburg, please do! Beth and Terry’s place made us feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean, had all the comforts of home, and showed how much care through all the very well thought out details. It is very spacious, very well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom with anything you can think of, very nice amenities, detailed instructions and helpful tips on the surrounding restaurants. We were here for a very short time but it was an extremely pleasant experience!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and my kids especially loved the little touches that made it feel welcoming for families. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which gave me peace of mind. The host was responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish.

Short stay but a good spot!

Have stayed in and around Amherst and Lynchburg with Airbnb MANY times... this is our new favorite!

This was an exceptional experience for my husband and I. Michelle was wonderful, informative and kind. We had not one issue the 3 nights we stayed. The view is amazing and this condo has everything you need to cook with, make coffee, and more. Super grateful for this experience at smith mountain Lake.

A great little place to stay at Smith Mountain Lake. My husband and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect location to the state park. We were very comfortable and the bed was great! We also had a cold rainy day so we took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed a quick anniversary trip here and we were 10/10 pleased! The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, from the view to the convenience of the pool, and dining. We were even able to rent a boat on site which was very convenient. Overall we had such a fun and relaxing time, and Susan was very easy to work with!

A beautiful rental with easy access to everything within the grounds; restaurant, boating, golfing, swimming… Very private location and amazing view, including firework show. Highly recommend this comfortable condo!

Great condo overlooking the lake and great facilities. Book last minute and Matthew was very quick and responsive. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.
