Holiday rentals with a patio in Fontanelle

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful place! We travel a lot and have already made a lot of cottages. This one is one of the best! Looks like a hotel! Clean, very spacious, bright, modern, well-equipped. It is a private residence of several apartments with security gates, swimming pool, terraces, very flowery gardens. Daniele is very nice, we even had local specialties as a gift. We were able to visit Salento (Maglie, Otranto, Gallipoli, Leuca...) but it takes a few kilometers. There is supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The icing on the cake, we were alone in the residence for 4 nights: tranquility, calm and pool just for us, a real joy;-)

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

Great host, great location (ground floor) directly on the rocky beach, beautiful small sandy beach 300 m away with management (Lido Pazze), great large, long and flat sandy beach about 3 km away - starting directly behind the port of Torre San Giovanni to Posto Veccio -, ideal for families with toilets and management. Crystal clear, turquoise water. The pizzeria is practically next door. 400 m away is a new, very good restaurant "Clanto" (5 Google stars) for Neapolitan pizza and Apulian cuisine The kitchen is very well equipped, vinegar, oil, spices, sugar, coffee…tools, etc. You can rent a boat in Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca about 25-35 minutes away (the landlords in Torre S.Giovanni were not reachable). Very good starting point for exploring Ri Taranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce. Unfortunately, we were far too short on site, but the apartment was only free for 3 nights... 😢 So far, we don't like the Adriatic side as much as the Ionian side

we were blown away with the apartment, the terrace and view were amazing, very well equipped with everything you need, check in was so easy, Tonia's communication was excellent, one problem, we wish we could of stayed longer.

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this modern, minimalist and very tastefully furnished villa. The quiet location and the large pool were perfect for relaxing, and yet we were a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Thanks to Giulia and Michele who took care of everything. We would come back anytime!

A real gem! Very tastefully and carefully renovated house. Check in and check out with Marco totally uncomplicated. The location was perfect for me and has a very pleasant environment. Parabita is charming and a highlight for art lovers. Beautiful beaches nearby with water that fascinated me. Excursions to the surrounding towns were exciting for me. Very authentic. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Marco.

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️

Really nice apartment, with good size rooms, comfortable beds, nice linen towels and toiletries, and very good WiFi. Convenient location just a couple minutes drive to the seafront at Torre Pali, 5 minutes to great beaches at Pescoluse and 20 minutes to Santa Maria di Leuca. Veronika was a great host, accommodating and with useful local information.

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me to rent a car, they looked for me at the station of a nearby village and even gave me their prosciutto and a wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I just have words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal confabulation for the perfect vacation.

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic stalls in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked nice in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower, and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even a parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to discover the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good vacation. They even provided a map and recommended many nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

Excellent host. Really nice place to stay. Everything we needed and parking was simple.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We found this house very clean with the pleasant surprise of also finding soap and basic necessities already present in the accommodation. Godrum was very kind and always ready to meet any need. As for the location of the property, I can say that Felline is a small town with only the basic services. If you need more services, you need to get to nearby Ugento. Otherwise I would say that the location is strategic to reach the beaches of San Giovanni and Torre Mozza. With a few more kilometers you can also reach Leuca and the infamous Maldives beach of Salento. I personally find this poso and too touristy is extremely overrated. From the rest to August Puglia is literally invaded by tourists, so much so that it is difficult to find a free space in the many beaches present.
