Townhome holiday rentals in Folly Island

We spent three days in Charleston sightseeing and stayed at Megan’s place. The townhouse on three levels is modern, very clean and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The house is very close to the lively and busy King Street, with lots of shops, great restaurants and bars. Megan was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We had a great visit to Charleston.

We were thrilled with our stay here. Right in the heart of the best of Charleston. On the corner a delightful busting place called Carmella’s. We loved Magnolias around the corner as well. Many roof top bars with panoramic views of the city and water. The king bed was dreamy and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen was handy to cook in when we didn’t want to eat out. We were also blessed with incredible weather for our stay. We have family in Mt Pleasant which was only 20 minutes as well as the airport being very close. All in all a lovely stay at a beautiful place.

This was my first Airbnb and we were extremely satisfied with the location and ease of everything involved. Polly responded very quickly with my questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

What a lovely AirBNB! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was suitable for walking. The biggest bonus was th proximity to downtown Charleston. Thank you for excellent place to stay!

This house is perfect for everyone. Location is beautiful the backyard view of the lake is amazing and the reason to book. Less than 10 minutes from the airport

We loved staying here and we were very relaxed. Close to beach and golf course walking distance to both. The place is very well kept the only thing that needs attention is the guest bathroom the ceiling is peeling and the water spigot in the shower needs to be replaced. The twin bed in the one room needs attention the bed collapsed while my daughter was sleeping in it. It needs to be better put together between the mattress and box spring. Small things that can be corrected but still a wonderful time!

Beautiful town home close to Charleston and many beautiful beaches. We had a great girls trip!

I stayed here with my husband and 1.5 y/o. It was perfect and felt homey! Hosts were super friendly and responsive. It was a great location. Close to the beach, the island had a beautiful playground for small kids, and 2 days we even drove into Charleston, which was only about 40 mins away.

very nice place to stay while we got ready for a wedding. only thing was figuring out which garage went with our unit and driveway at first, as the setup of the town homes in the cul de sac is not something I am familiar with, and neighbor was a little snippy with us on our first 2 nights while we were still figuring things out. However, outside of that, our stay was quite nice, nice little area, town home had the perfect amount of space for 3 people

We liked how private our rental was since it is on the end. We also liked having a garage to park in. It was just a short walk to the beach and to restaurants etc. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s. The place was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. The location was excellent in that we were close to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Laura was also very prompt with her response to my questions. We will definitely be back!

The home was very clean and we had most of what was needed. The ironing board had no base and so was useless. The exterior was very worn and the surrounding area wasn't what I was expecting. Lynn was extremely responsive to my texts. Overall, it was a good stay.

As advertised, nice place, clean, easy 25 minute walk to Park Circle’s main artery of restaurants and bars as well as a quick 15-20 minute jaunt to downtown Charleston. The extra towels, shampoo and soap were appreciated. Bed was comfortable. The cafe in the complex just across the street was very convenient and better food than i expected. Overall, solid place.

Holly was great to work with from initial reservation until checkout. She offered many recommendations that were spot on. The communication was timely, we never had to wait for any responses to questions that we had. We loved her condo, it was spotless, just as the pictures depicted, and we felt she had accounted for all of our needs with a great selection of supplies. Her welcome and introduction book that is available online, and in the condo, was the best that we’ve encountered in many AIRBNB stays. It was a wonderful trip and experience all around. The hosts stood out as so responsive and helpful! We had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly! The home was beautiful and located in a great spot. I wish I had been aware of the three levels, and maybe I just missed it in the description. It would not have been a deal-breaker and it seems many places were similar in the area, so that is the only reason I only gave 4 stars in one section of the review. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent a lot of our downtime out there!

Our stay was late October 2024. Home was literally on the beach. And what a beautiful beach it was. Found shells, sand dollars, and star fish. Soft sand, meticulously maintained beach, not crowded, perfect waves for surfers (including beginners) and boogie boarders. To me, it’s worth a price premium to stay on the beach, don’t have to haul your crap as far, nearby bathroom, etc. The home itself was perfect. Not fancy, but comfortable beds, and nice big kitchen. Bathrooms are very tight on space but not a huge bother.

This was the perfect place for a short stay, especially if visiting military family. Close enough to Charleston, but the immediate surrounding area had plenty of places to go without the wait times of Charleston places. We appreciated the basket of snacks for a quick grab and go. Christie was friendly and easy to work with! Would definitely book again next time we are in the area.

The host was very attentive, gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat, great for single families, very nice home. The neighborhood was nice as well. The rooms were nice sizes and very clean. The kitchen was very clean and pretty. We would stay again in the future.

This beautiful residence was spacious, clean, and provided comfy beds. The inside was peaceful and felt like home. We loved spending the evenings in the pool. The hosts were kind and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a wedding near the Navy ship yards so the location of the residence was perfect! Very clean, easy access to locations we wanted to go to, the neighborhood was pretty quite and the stay was reasonably priced. Our family would definitely stay at the same location on a return visit to Charleston. Thanks Laura!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for an extended weekend and felt right at home the moment we walked in. The kitchen is stunning and very well stocked. The golf course views were incredible! Bed was cozy and had plenty of blankets to curl up in. Brenda was so communicative and kind. She answered questions quickly and was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Super thankful! HIGHLY recommend!

What a fabulous place to stay in Mt. Pleasant! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Liz's place was easy to check in to, in a great location (minutes to Sullivan's beach), clean and spotless, and just as described. The courtyard was so nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning before the summer heat set in, and the laundry amenities so convenient for our baseball travel. The place was well stocked, and the wireless reliable and fast for our two teens. Liz was such a responsive and helpful host and provided so many touches that really made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thanks so much for an amazing experience!
