Holiday rentals with a pool in Folly Island

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were everything that was described in description. Great location, extremely clean, and host communicated extremely well.

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

This is our second time back and it was amazing! Perfect spot for a trip with kids - separate den area to play in, clean and comfortable bedrooms, huge pool with ledges around the sides for the littlest ones, and so close to everything we wanted to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool supplies, and we loved how tucked away in a quiet neighborhood it was. My kids loved that every night they could see the jets flying overhead too. Steven was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again!

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Particularly with young children. Very family friendly! The pool was wonderful.

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Surf and Turf! It had a perfect layout for our family and plenty of room to spread out. Of course we couldn’t enjoy the pool at this time of year but it was warm enough a few days to sit on the decks and enjoy the view. There weee lots of extra goodies like welcome chocolates, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc, which we really appreciated. Also, being able to have our dog and having the house decorated made it a very special Christmas! The only issue we had is that there was a fly infestation in one bedroom until the garbage was picked up mid-week. (The garbage cans were right outside that bedroom’s window). The exterminators had clearly sprayed because the flies were all dead, but they kept showing up even after we cleaned. Once we called, however, the exterminator came again and fixed the issue.

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

This was a great property and a short 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the six of us. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed in many condos and let me just say this one really stood out as top notch! It was clean, nice furnishings, fully equipped. One thing that was soooo nice was it was stocked trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent. The utility closet was full of extra surprises of beach equipment, toys, and cleaning supplies. It felt just like home!!! It truly felt like a home and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Highly recommend. It’s top notch of all condos we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

This is a great place to stay. Unbelievable views and close to everything. Thomas is ready to contact and always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

Michael’s place was absolutely perfect! My husband and I had the most relaxing time. You can’t get any closer to the beach and the pool as also a nice option that was also super close. It was the most relaxing vacation. The condo itself was a perfect size for the two of us! We will be back!!
