Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Folly Beach

The house was perfect and the location is unbeatable. The whole house was clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with for check in and the checkout instructions were super clear.

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

Great location. Exactly like pics. Easy walk to beach. Loved the screened in deck and back deck. Spacious dining area and living area.

This place is amazing! Perfect. Close to the beach and to food etc so that once we are on Folly we never have to leave and deal with the traffic.

This place was very clean and well decorated. We felt right at home the whole time! The upkeep of the property is immaculate as well! It was a 10-15 minute drive from Charleston and the beaches, which was perfect when having a toddler that needs to get back for a nap at any point in the day. We would recommend this place to any family visiting Charleston!

Wonderful spot for a quick Folly Beach getaway! The location was fantastic – easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Communication with Seth was excellent, super responsive and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Jason’s home for a bachelorette trip this past weekend. It was spotless, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries for a big group. Kitchen/living room area was great for lounging. Quick drive to Sullivan’s Island beaches and downtown Charleston. Really great location and home in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again!

We love our stay at Ryan’s place! The rooms are clean and modern. We especially enjoyed hanging out at the short lakeside dock seeing the fish swimming by! Would consider again if we were to visit Charleston/Folly beach again!

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Great location; walkable or short golf cart ride to the beach and all restaurants. Especially considering the property was pet friendly, it was very clean. Dog park was right across the street and our pups loved it. The house was spacious so plenty of space for dogs or kids to play if you have a rainy day or down time. Keurig, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer. We had 2 minor appliance issues, so minor that we didn’t address until after our stay. No fenced yard for dogs, but there is a little grass in the back and a nice sandy dog park across the street. My dogs loved it so much they literally drug me over there every time we walked out the door. Plenty of public beach access and it’s nice because you can park your golf cart just about anywhere along the beach road. Pretty much every restaurant was dog friendly, so that was great. We had never been to Folly prior to this trip, so this was a good first experience.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, just minutes from the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony area. Extremely clean! Would recommend!

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

We've been staying here for years. Our home away from home. This was the first time I used the kitchen and I had everything I needed. The home is charming and comfortable! The owner is a wonderful person to book with and always helpful. We tried The James down the street for the first time and wow, the flavors were great. Definitely surprised us as a hidden gem. I can't recommend this spot enough. Thanks for another wonderful visit! We went to Kiawah Island this time and got there early to get a parking spot. It was only $15 for the whole day!

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure
