Apartment holiday rentals in Folly Beach

I have stayed in many condos and let me just say this one really stood out as top notch! It was clean, nice furnishings, fully equipped. One thing that was soooo nice was it was stocked trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent. The utility closet was full of extra surprises of beach equipment, toys, and cleaning supplies. It felt just like home!!! It truly felt like a home and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Highly recommend. It’s top notch of all condos we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. She thought of everything to have in there you could think of. Folly Beach as it turns out, is one of the safest places in the whole area and we could see that. We were amazed at the sound proofing not only to the outside but inside as well. The people in the bedrooms could not hear the tv's etc in the living room /kitchen area! It is spacious and has a wonderful balcony that we spent quite a bit of time using. it's a 10 for sure. LOVED IT and you can bet we'll stay again if we get back that way.

We loved our stay! Natalya was very responsive which we really appreciated! We unfortunately had a flat tire and she even helped by giving us some local places that could assist us. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was provided! Would definitely stay again!

We have been going to Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms for many years. What an absolutely beautiful place. We love Mariners Walk and our condo this time was perfect. The owners have created such a beautiful living space and we are so grateful we got to stay there. There were only two of us staying this time and it was just right for two. Pool, Beach, Sunrises, Wonderful people and friendly with so, so many things to do on the property.

Gorgeous, clean, updated condo with incredible views, great amenities, and such a great central location. When you’re inside its so quiet and peaceful you’d never know you’re so close to all the lively restaurants and bars, so it’s the best of both worlds. Not to mention the ocean view right from the balcony. We’d love to come stay again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway—both for a wedding and for some much-needed relaxation. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to a private beach and pool. Nikki was extremely responsive and kind. She provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only a few complaints. Nikki has all of the cooking appliances, but no cooking oil or seasoning. Shower pressure is uncomfortably hard. And the fan in the bedroom is loud, no matter what setting you have it on, other than that everything else was great stay.

Kevin was an amazing host! He is very responsive and left clear directions for everything. I really appreciated all of the local recommendations that he gave. The condo was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable! We would love to stay at this or one of Kevin's other properties in the future!

Kathy was a wonderful host. She was probably the best host I’ve ever encountered. The place looked as described and there were a lot of snacks, candy and even drinks in the fridge for us. She is super thoughtful and kind. The location was good, quiet and the home has everything you can think of. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need for a rental in Charleston.

We had an amazing stay!! We were visiting for wedding planning and ran into some scheduling conflicts & needed an early check-in. The Akers team was so responsive and got us in as soon as they could - very helpful & quick. The walk to the beach is about 6 min total, but is a really quick bike ride, you do have to find trail paths to get there or it’s longer using roads - we used google maps to help us find the paths. The entire island is dog friendly we took our pup just about every dinner, there is even an off leash beach area. The airbnb is just like the images so pretty & clean we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the screened in porch. We will be recommending this as an option for any of our wedding guests with pups! :)

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

My wife and I spent four nights at this wonderful place. We found it perfect for the two of us. It was quiet, convenient and well put together. Sara was extremely proactive and helpful. We don't believe that we could have found a more enjoyable place to spend four nights at the Isle of Palms and will readily come back. We have the highest recommendation for this place and the company.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! My husband and I and Daughter were here for our daughter's graduation. We had a last-minute change to the number of guest and there was not an issue and no extra charge! Rare! We definitely would stay here again when we return to Charleston. Very convenient to the downtown area.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Great place. Great host that happily gave opinions and suggestions on the area. Really nice to have 3 bedrooms with three bathrooms. Clean. Good location. Would go back!! Recommend highly.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

Steve was incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our entire stay. His property was absolutely perfect and exactly the way it was listed as. There were no surprises with the property. The location was also amazing due to its seclusion and beachfront location. My family and I would love to stay there again. For a girls 60th Birthday celebration trip, Joanie’s was exactly what we needed Close to Charleston, comfortable balcony over looking the beach/ocean where many memories were shared. Each room had a full bath, kitchen had enough to do our minimal cooking. We did fly in so we did not have access to beach chairs, they did rent them in front of the Blu restaurant if you were willing to pay. Overall Joanie’s made our trip a memorable and comfortable. I would definitely rent this again.
