Holiday rentals with a patio in Folly Beach

The place is really beautiful I love the tub and a plus is a cute doggy next door! I loved the decor and the tv was pretty cool To be honest

We really enjoyed our stay! The street was close to everything but also quiet and private. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. We traveled with our toddler and there was a pack and play and a highchair which was super helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Danielle’s place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. Not too far from downtown but not too close. The place was exactly as described. Wish we would’ve had more time to get toured around but had a pretty full itinerary. We’ll definitely be back for an introduction to all of the animals. Would highly recommend

My brother just got married in Moncks Corner, so we stayed with Robert for 5 days. We were super comfortable there and looked forward every night to going “home” after each day’s festivities. We loved the tv subscription Robert has and enjoyed vegging out on the couch before bed and watching Family Ties,, channel, Conan channel, etc. The choices were endless! The space was very clean and quiet, had a super comfortable bed and a huge closet. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

It was comfortable and cute. It was easy to find and the directions made getting in a breeze. There were good restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Millers All Day. With a car, it was easy to get everywhere we went. We’d definitely stay there again. As has been mentioned, it’s on a pretty busy, but low speed road. There was traffic noise, but not enough to bother us. Turning left out of the driveway could be challenging because it’s so close to a stoplight, but people were generally nice and let us in.

we always try to have nice rentals wherever we travel. The attention to details here was exceptional. I said I thought it was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed. Very clean and well decorated. loved the coffee maker and the basket of k cups already waiting. Everything felt like a hotel suite but better..IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A DOG. They're has never been such a perfect place for someone traveling with there dog. The backyard is perfect for them and theirs a dogpark 5 minutes away. Theirs also a little park in front of the apartment. I've never seen a neighborhood with so many people out walking their dogs. This has to be the most pet friendly inviting place on earth lol I took our dog to the dogpark multiple times because it was so close to the rental. Down town Charleston wasnt far away either we did plenty of sight seeing. The Aquarium was maybe 20 minutes away? perfect location and a perfect rental! A plus plus plus...

Sally’s get away was perfect for graduation! We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen and dining area was large enough to host a small brunch before the ceremony. I loved having a living room to hangout and have a little downtime with family and play mahjong! So much nicer than a hotel and Baker was very charming and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

Easy to find, quiet and peaceful area with walkable restaurants, parks and about a 20 minute car ride downtown Charleston. Enjoyed our stay and forsee ourselves booking this one again!

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was wonderful—spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our stay in Charleston - great proximity to Downtown as well as Folly Beach. It was the perfect space for four of us to stay and had exactly what we needed. We love that Charles has beach chairs available - it made our beach day in Folly much more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. A few mornings we walked over to Baguette Magic to grab coffee and some treats. Everything was super clean and tidy when we arrived and check in was a breeze! The area is nice and quiet but also close to the highway to get where you want to go. Thank you Charles - we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to be back next year!

I enjoyed my stay at this Bnb with my spouse and two small children. The hosts are accommodating and messaged me prior and throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The house is well equipped for families providing beach equipment and games. The neighborhood is quiet and the house itself is very lovely inside. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils to enjoy home cooked meals. Bathrooms were fully stocked and towels are very soft. I also enjoyed a feature some bnbs miss such as outlets on both sides of the bed and laundry detergent! Little touches like this make a difference !

The place superseded my expectations. My family absolutely loved it. we have officially claimed it as our home away from home. A lot of effort has been put in this home to assure a very enjoyable stay for their guest. We appreciate you guys!!

The condition of the house and the floor layout met the needs of our family of 11 staying at this location. The items that were available for our beach stay were fabulous, including bicycles, golf cart, pool floaties, games, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, etc. The close walk to the beach was very nice. We especially enjoyed the personal interaction that we received from Christy and Nick, as opposed to an impersonal management company with no "skin in the game". We plan to return to this same location next year for our family annual beach vacation.

Chris responded quickly and with solutions each time even before we were at the house. They also have tons of beach items in the garage free of use. Will be back!!

Kevin was an amazing host! He is very responsive and left clear directions for everything. I really appreciated all of the local recommendations that he gave. The condo was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable! We would love to stay at this or one of Kevin's other properties in the future!

Hilde’s condo on the beach was absolutely perfect. It was much larger than we had anticipated and the view from the patio was amazing. Hilde and her co-host were very quick to respond to any questions I had and they were very easy to work with. Folly beach is so lovely and we will be staying here again when we venture back down south.

Dawn was a great host. Very attentive and friendly. Place is exactly as advertised and displayed in the photos.

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

Steve was incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our entire stay. His property was absolutely perfect and exactly the way it was listed as. There were no surprises with the property. The location was also amazing due to its seclusion and beachfront location. My family and I would love to stay there again. Thank you Steve for a wonderful week.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! My husband and I and Daughter were here for our daughter's graduation. We had a last-minute change to the number of guest and there was not an issue and no extra charge! Rare! We definitely would stay here again when we return to Charleston. Very convenient to the downtown area.

We had a lovely time staying at Beach Please! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do on Edisto, and the golf course setting was very peaceful. For example, we saw the cutest deer just hanging out on the course! We also really enjoyed the sunset spot mentioned in the welcome book, and went multiple times. The size was just right for two people. It was a little difficult to get up to the loft due to the small spiral staircase, but we had everything we needed downstairs so we really only went up there once to check it out. Younger kids would be fine up there, but adults might feel a bit cramped. I would definitely consider going back to Beach Please on our next Edisto trip! My only note would be to keep your party small, and be mindful of the size of the loft when determining who will stay there.
