Massimiliano's apartment is very comfortable and spacious, being an open space with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Excellent quiet area, but very close to the center of Suvereto and about 20 minutes from the sea with an outdoor area that is always very useful. Very kind and precise host and very precise directions to the apartment. Overall, a very positive review and we hope to be able to return!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! We loved our airbnb! Antonella is a top host! She gave us nice tips and was very accessible. The location was very good, we visited many nice cities/towns and Colle di Val d'Elsa is beautiful and has very friendly local residents 🤩😍

Sofia and her husband Jorgen were amazing hosts. They were extremely friendly and welcoming to our entire group and were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. They could not have been more accommodating and friendly hosts. If I come back to Siena I will definitely stay with them again!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful address. Very close to San Gimignano but still in a quiet location. Beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape and San Gimignano. The space was very neat and clean, in real life it was even better than in the photos. Roberto and his wife were very friendly and helpful and maintain the location and garden very well. We had a great stay and hope to come back here!

Giulio’s place is the most perfect, relaxing, Tuscan escape. Myself, husband and 2 children had the best week there. The accommodation itself is very clean and comfy and has everything you need. The outside area and pool were beautiful!! It’s in a great location to explore the lovely towns and scenery that Tuscany has to offer. Giulio was the perfect host…so helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back 😊

We had a wonderful week at Caterina's house. You and your husband are wonderful, attentive hosts. 😄 The villa is surrounded by a wonderful fenced natural paradise, perfect for enjoying peace and quiet. Old large trees provide shade, perfect for lingering in the great garden, everything very well maintained, including the house. The highlight was of course the pool with a panoramic view of the next town. In the evening, you can watch fireflies in the bushes and also from the conservatory/living room, very romantic. In about 30 minutes you can reach the sea and also other infrastructure, supermarket, etc. Caterina was always friendly, provided us with restaurant tips and the directions were also very accurate. The last few meters of access to the house are a bit bumpy but every meter is worth it. All in all, we had the perfect holiday week, except for a little wind. Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

The house is very clean and simple but conveniently furnished. The access leads the last kilometer over a natural road, which is also easily accessible without an SUV. To mention is the absolute tranquility and the many forest paths, which can be used perfectly for jogging, hiking or mountain biking. The highlight, however, is the pool, which was exclusively available to us. The sea and various beaches (sand or stone) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Margeritha is always available if there are any issues or questions and helps quickly and unbureaucratically. (Broken washing machine was replaced within a few hours) All in all, an absolutely positive experience

I highly recommend this place to all guests. Valentino and his mother are exceptional hosts. The entire place feels like something out of a fairytale—quiet, calm, and beautiful. You’ll find everything you’re looking for here and can fully escape the worries of daily life. Don’t hesitate—book it immediately when it’s available!

We felt so comfortable between the fields in absolute peace. We were able to relax very well in the idyll. Everything is very well maintained and tastefully furnished inside and out. By car, you can also get to the pretty harbor town very quickly and can go out to eat and shop. David was always available for questions. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Mauro has always been extremely available for any clarification or request. The accommodation is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need (lots of kitchenware). The location is strategic to reach the sea or the center of Follonica. The availability of bicycles is very much appreciated.

This apartment was so beautiful and the views were even better. We had an amazing stay here as our base for exploring Tuscany - visiting the Val d’Orcia and the thermal baths were a highlight! Lucia and Marco met us on arrival and were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of advice and places to visit. There was an issue with the boiler but Lucia was straight on it and it was fixed by the time we were home for the day. Thank you so much!

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The place was well designed and special attention went to every aspect of the decoration. The place was also the perfect location for our dog because he was able to run freely in the yard. Lorenzo also recommended the restaurant he works at for dinner and the food was fantastic and in a beautiful location. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb and staying here for your next trip to the Maremma region.

Eloise’s place was absolutely spectacular, a dream come true and a perfect Tuscan estate. From the landscaping, flowers, pool with activities, the details inside the apartment- a Tuscany fairytale dream come true!!Eloise was a sweetheart and she made us feel so at home. Provided all we needed and very hospitable. It was so nice to see her every day around the estate with her cheery smiles and greetings. Her meals to order for dinner and breakfast were ohh so amazing! ! The chefs there are so talented and we just loved the meals. Would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Grazie mile Eloise for making our 40th anniversary so special memorable.
