Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Follonica

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Great location only 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Accommodation is airy and well equipped with its own lovely garden giving you a great place to relax so close to the centre. Francesca was always available and made us feel very welcome. Have already recommended this property to our friends.

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a week with Aleksandra in Montalcino in the heart of Brunello, a breathtakingly beautiful area. The large property is fantastic and with the tranquility and the view just the right thing to relax and unwind. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is how you imagine a Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily walk to the beach promenade. On Sundays, there were also stalls set up there. All in all, a very nice vacation. Mauro has always been extremely available for any clarification or request. The accommodation is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need (lots of kitchenware). The location is strategic to reach the sea or the center of Follonica. The availability of bicycles is very much appreciated.

All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated the check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, plates, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

What a beautiful place!! We were in love with this amazing Airbnb. What a view! Excellent for our 2 young kids. We would definitely recommend!!

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

We can absolutely recommend it! Everything is as described in the text and as shown in the photos. Located about 2 km outside the totally cute village of Casole de Elsa. Andrea + Barbara provided all the necessary information for the journey and many great tips on site, always with the corresponding links. For example, our arrival was delayed to about 10:15 pm due to traffic. Was no problem, we were in contact and when we arrived, Andrea personally received us. And if we had a question during our stay, an answer always came very quickly. (Where is the best place to park in Siena, how do you best get to Florence, ...)

This is a fabulous apartment - centrally located, high above the city, and with fantastic views. Bedrooms, kitchen, and living/dining area all great. Great to have a washing machine. Only one word of caution - 92 steps to the apartment. This was no problem for me, but if steps are not your friends, be forewarned. Would definitely come here again!
