Holiday rentals with breakfast in Follonica

Staying in a 13th Century Palace was a spectacular trip. The owners and Bianca were the Most Gracious hosts. We were in Awe staying in this Special location with such history, beauty and elegance. Very welcoming and very clean house. Upon our arrival, Alessandra also provided us with some homemade tart and savory snacks. Well-stocked fridge and kitchen, nothing was missing... I have stayed in many accommodations and no one had all the things we found at Alessandra's. Top

Grazia is super friendly and sweet and we felt at home in her place! The place is completely 😊 new, very well maintained and you can park in front of the accommodation without any problems. We would definitely stay at Grazia again and highly recommend the place. Thank you! 😊

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

As soon as we arrived at Carlo's accommodation, we immediately had the feeling that our vacation would be special: the location and the house itself are wonderful, the large park (all fenced, perfect for those like us who had children and dogs) that surrounds you with incredible quiet, the large spaces of the house are precious when there are so many of you, everyone has their own privacy. Carlo is an exceptional host, prepared and welcoming. He helped us with all our requests! (and there were many:) a special thanks to Grazia who helps you find an impeccable house, beds and towels arranged as in the best hotels, the house smells clean until the last day, this is synonymous with attention to detail that is often not found elsewhere. This accommodation will win your heart. It was also special for our dogs, a huge park where they could play and run safely. starting again was really tiring!

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

Large apartment, very clean and bright in a quiet area. Very equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable room. Very well organized. The hosts left the essentials for breakfast. They were very kind. We already knew the country and it's very nice. Beautiful countryside near the sea. We hope to be back!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

I stayed two nights in this b&b, we had booked the room with the sea view terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. The room was very spacious, new and above all very clean. The breakfast girl was very kind and the products were great. Very convenient parking inside the B&B. I hope to be back soon!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a nice time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always there :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful view over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back!

The place was everything we expected; the decoration was very traditional, we had an incredible view of the vineyards and we were also relatively close to the center... you can rest very well because the rooms completely block out the light and there is no noise. Alessandro was always very kind and attentive to what we needed, he greeted us with snacks and coffee. We would definitely return!

Alessandro is very responsive and helpful and the apartment is gorgeous, big & nicely decorated with beautiful views of Siena. Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked for us. Thank you & see you next time we are in Siena!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Serena’s! Beautiful location, fantastic views and a lovely host. Serena was very accommodating and we felt right at home (plus her dinners and breakfasts were delicious!). Would definitely love to come back!

Excellent option in Castiglione, close to both the sea and the city. I thought the breakfast option at the time you want was super novel and convenient for the traveler. We loved your company.

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around. Highly recommend anyone wanting to peaceful and relaxing place to stay with access to the many small towns in Toscana consider staying here. Grazie.
