Villa holiday rentals in Foligno

Our stay in Paciano exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect, quiet and offers beautiful views of the valley and lake. The house is fully equipped, nothing to plan and our hosts were super available and provided good advice (thanks for the recipes). Amenities and shops 15 min drive. Ideally located between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena. No complaints, it was a very nice surprise, thanks to Maria Pia and Dante.

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! Thank you Manfredi for this excellent stay!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

we throughly enjoyed our time at Jacopo’s property. Breathtaking views overlooking the area with fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Less than a 10 minute drive to the train station and main center of Foligno. we stayed cool with the beautiful pool and outdoor amenities. Jacopo was very responsive (even during a holiday) and willing to help and make suggestions. thanks again!

Only regret is we wish we booked to stay longer. This home is beautiful, amazing pool (best we had in Italy), incredibly sized bedrooms, and wonderful family areas for dining. We loved our stay!

Good week in this house

Fantastic place in a very beautifully maintained home with a beautiful pool and wonderful views. And peace and quiet - definitely recommend !!!

We had a great time at Luisa's house which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Luisa was more than responsive when we asked her for things. The pool is sensational and the calm of the surroundings is great for relaxing. The wifi is a little weak but nothing serious because the important thing is to appreciate the amenities of the house.

We really enjoyed our big family's get-together in Massa Martana. Patrizia and Fabrizio are great hosts, their quick welcome reception was warm and delicious. The house is nicely located in the heart of Umbria and perfectly equipped with all necessary things for staying. It is warm, stylish and really relaxing. We felt there like at home. Each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated bathroom, this is just great for a big group! Also, we appreciated a wine storage in the house. Absolutely wonderful idea 👍 Thank you for arranging a perfect spot to experience the taste of Umbria!

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

I looked through tons and tons of villas in Umbria and Tuscany for our family trip and this one checked all our boxes most of all. And I'm so happy we chose it because this was the most beautiful house my family and I have ever stayed in. The scenery was like a painting, and the outside hang out area was perfect to relax and eat dinner outside every night. The house itself was updated and gorgeous, and everything was so clean and the beds were large and so comfortable. The town of Todi is a 10 minute drive and was our favorite town we visited by far. It's not as crowded or touristy as others are and had so many amazing restaurants and shops. It was like something out of a movie. Francesa was so amazing in all her recommendations and communications. She even surprised us with a baby float so our 10 month old could use the pool with us! So thoughtful. If/when my family goes back to Italy, we would probably just stay in this same house again because it was that perfect. Thank you!!!

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

This is a beautiful property. It is quite remote but, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with gorgeous views, this is a very nice choice. We loved the history of the property and the vibe that remains with it today. The property is spread out on to three floors with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area that was cleaned daily by a very friendly caretaker. And we especially enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace. We found our arrival a bit challenging with an infant in tow. An alternate local rep Ralf met us when I announced our arrival but the keys didn't work initially. Ralf (and a locksmith?) handled it smoothly though and once we got inside, all was well. The primary local contact Andreea was delightful...very communicative and helpful.

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and the location are perfect for resting and relaxing. The two separate bedrooms incl. There was also enough space for four in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The next largest city Città di Castello (about 25 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful holiday - thank you Tiziano!

The view from the windows is absolutely breathtaking and the swimming pool is a total treat!! It is a home that allows you to stop and sit and relax

We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s super comfortable and in a really quiet and peaceful area – perfect for relaxing. The place had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

my family and i greatly enjoyed Annalisa's house. It was comfortable and tasteful. Annalisa was extremely hospitable and responsive to our enquiries and requests. The swimming pool is beautiful and greatly appreciated. The view from the house over the Umbrian countryside was spectacular especially at sunset.

The whole experience was incredible. James & Pietro were super friendly, communicative, proactive, helpful and flexible - outstanding hosts. James met us when he arrived, and he made us feel at home straight away and was really responsive if we had any questions, but also extremely respectful of our privacy. Pietro & James have put so much thought into making every aspect of the stay outstanding. The house is lovely and felt spacious. The pool, gardens & views are stunning & the whole set-up is designed in a way that you have total privacy. There are multiple outside spaces where you can relax, surrounded by peace and nature. The kitchen is a real cooks' kitchen, and between that and the large brick-built BBQ, you can basically create your own restaurant set-up at the house. We were blown away by all the food and drink treats left for us, e.g. fresh pasticcini, wine, beer, pasta etc. Beautiful part of Umbria, breath-taking location with endless lovely places to visit. Total perfection.
