My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very peaceful and had fantastic views of the mountains. The deck might have been our favorite part of the stay as we just sat in the chairs and enjoyed the peace and solitude. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect getaway cabin for our honeymoon! It was the perfect size and everything was very clean and functional. It felt so cozy and was a joy to stay in. The area is private without being too far from town. Melissa is very quick to respond to any questions. Our stay was well worth the price and we would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin! It was perfect for our family getaway—spacious, cozy, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds to the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the cute towels, robes and slippers, and local guidebook—which really showed the hosts’ attention to detail. The setting was peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, and gave us the relaxing escape we were hoping for. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped place to unwind with loved ones.

Stargazing was wonderful! The house was warm and cozy. The location was perfect for visiting the petrified red wood forest, sightseeing around Colorado Springs and hiking. The field guide Carla provided was invaluable. We had great food at the Thunderbird and enjoyed visiting rescued wolves. We couldn’t have picked a better place to wrap up our Colorado family adventure. Thank you!
