It is about 10 km (linear distance) to the sea. A big supermarket is very close in the village of Fliseryd. The winter-proof house is quietly located on the river with its own jetty, surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course is only 10 minutes away. The house also has a cozy conservatory overlooking the river. Fishing is no problem!

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 the cottage was used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now was storeroom and grain storage. In the early 1980s it was converted into a dwelling, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach edge.
