Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Flanders

We loved our stay at Laura's house! It was easy to get in and the place was sparkling clean. The house was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed. We were able to cook our meals in the beautiful kitchen. It was 5 minutes away from groceries and gas, but also felt like you were away from everything. We got to buy fresh eggs from a little farm close by. It was easy to get around and explore other areas of the Hampton's.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We had a wonderful stay with my family! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The check-in process was easy and communication was clear and prompt. Anisha and Rob are great host, very friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious. I really appreciated how well the place was maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton!

Our stay was perfection! The house was magnificent, we enjoyed the privacy and walkable neighborhood near the water. Amenities were all top of the line, the house felt like home. Jennifer was responsive and a phenomenal host! We would definitely come back.

Our stay was very pleasant. Francesca communicated well and make things easy for us. The pool house seems new, and is nice for an extra bedroom if needed. The house was clean, sheets and bedding were also clean. Would recommend staying here!

We have stayed at Giuseppe’s home many times. The house is in a location central to many great restaurants, shopping, & other things to do. His home is immaculate—so clean and has all the essentials you will need for your stay. The heated pool and backyard is ideal to get some sun and just chill. Giuseppe always responds promptly to messages. If you are looking to stay in the Hamptons, don’t hesitate to stay at Giuseppe’s home! Looking forward to our next stay already

Numi and Stephen‘s Hamptons getaway was better better than the pictures looked! The location was perfect in every way. Close to all restaurants, town and some great antique stores. We were able to relax in the saltwater hot tub and sit by the fire in the living room. We never really had to leave the house because we cooked some wonderful meals in the gourmet kitchen. This is a perfect reset from busy Nyc. I can’t wait to come back in the summer or again in the winter…the house exceeded our expectations. Don’t wait- book this place now!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Barbara’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The house is full of charm and character, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Barbara & Patty were incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our 3rd time staying here and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

very good place to stay, spacious, felt just like home

I had a perfect stay together with my daughter. I love this place very much. It’s clean, cozy and quiet. I saw a deer in the morning and squirrels in the afternoon. When my daughter got a fever and I asked Kathy for medicine. She offered immediate help. Surly I will stay here again next time when I am around Stony Brook

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

Such a great stay at this lakeside spot in Bridgeport! The place was very modern and beautifully designed. Everything felt fresh and up to date. The lake view was amazing, and we enjoyed hanging out outside by the water. It was perfect for our large family and worked out well for our long stay while our house was being fixed. It felt nice and private, but still so close to everything we needed. Daymane was a great host—friendly and easy to stay in touch with the whole time. Would def stay here again!

Our stay at this stunning lake house was nothing short of amazing. Cleanliness was top-notch—the entire place was spotless and clearly very well cared for. We loved how quiet and serene the surroundings were; it felt like our own private retreat away from the noise and rush of everyday life. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck and kayaking over the water by the backyard lake were highlights of our trip. Whether you're looking to unwind, connect with nature, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this lake house is the perfect place. We’re already dreaming of our next visit and would recommend it without hesitation.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional home that exceeded all my expectations. The house was clean and well-kept. It felt like stepping into a brand new space. The backyard is a standout feature, offering a fantastic oasis for families. The pool is perfect for kids, Additionally, there's a well-equipped playground that kept the little ones entertained, along with a variety of toys that made it feel like a true home away from home. The office space was a welcomed surprise. It features a comfortable desk and ample natural light Overall, this house is a gem, perfectly blending comfort, fun, and functionality. Dove Haven is truly a special spot that shows that someone (Patty) cares about it a lot. The house is very well stocked and we never lacked for anything. And the collection of available umbrellas was greatly appreciated (yes, a bit of rain). Spacious hot tub (accommodates 8, nicely) is well-located on adjacent deck with beautiful view of spectacular garden. Rare to find a place where each of the five bedrooms, (with en suite or nearby bathroom), would be a master bedroom in a typical Airbnb. The master bedroom lives up to the billing with a monstrous bathroom including an inviting tub and a private porch. Public tennis courts and public pickleball courts nearby (less than a mile down West Rock Ave) were a treat. As was brunch at Bella’s Cafe (highlighted in Patty’s online notebook). Just plain terrific from beginning to end.
