Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation, quiet location. I'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable, the self-catering in the spacious kitchen-living area was quite possible, with the gastronomic coffee machine (1 coffee €0.5) we made friends. In sunny weather, the dining tables outdoors are very nice (beautiful views, good air, tranquility ...) The children accounts are throughout the yard area and experience direct contact with pets. The sauna at no additional cost was much appreciated after longer hikes to relax. I spent a relaxing time at the Grimmingblick hut with my children, grandchildren and friends.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Great 6-night stay in an amazing apartment! We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 small kids. As a family that travels a lot, we were really impressed to find such a perfect place. The apartment has everything you could need - it's fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The host was friendly and helpful, and the place itself is warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The space is much bigger than what you see in the photos - reality is even better! Location is excellent too - just a 10-minute drive from Hallstatt and other local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed every moment in this wonderful apartment, and when we return to Salzburg, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a great place to stay!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Really great, peaceful place. We’ve enjoyed our short stay. The apartment is really cosy and well kept. The host is super helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a peaceful stay in a relaxing scenery

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, a sink and a toilet. We were also very pleased that dogs are allowed - so we could take our four-legged friends with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes into nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the whirlpool (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

Very nicely located house in a quiet location. The accommodation is very well equipped, both outdoors and indoors (sufficient kitchen utensils, baby equipment, etc.). Gabriela and Lena were very nice, always reachable and very quick to respond. We would come back anytime.

Second time we stayed here for our winter holidays. Surroundings are beautiful and the house is just perfect to stay with a larger group (4 families with kids in our case) thanks to the large living and dining area, the deck and the outside area. Communication has been smooth throughout. Recommended!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We enjoyed very much Barbara's stay. Upon arrival, Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the surroundings were beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tastefully and cozily furnished - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very friendly. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds that we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.
