Holiday rentals with a patio in Fiumicino

Great little bnb. A little far from the city center of Rome, but that wasn’t on the host. Great area near the beach. Many restaurants and things to do around the area. Huge patio!

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Paolo and Claudio are very nice hosts. Communication and check-in was easy. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The private and quiet balcony is very inviting. To explore Rome, it was a good decision to spend a few days here. We felt very safe and comfortable and would gladly recommend the apartment. Thank you Paolo and Claudio.

The place looks better than in the pictures and Sabrina is very helpful, she helped us with ordering a taxi to the airport.

Alessandro’s place is great value for money: St. Peter’s is just a short walk away, bus stops to stations and attractions just outside the door and yet the price is fair and affordable. The place was spotless and just as described. Only little hiccups were figuring out what coffee pods the coffee machine needs and a door lock that had been damaged by the previous guests -which Alessandro promptly offered to repair as soon as it was pointed out- Overall, we had an awesome stay and i’d definitely recommend it. Thanks Alessandro!

The apartment is well equipped. The bed is really comfortable with super pillows (I have back problems, so this is a special highlight). The garden is wonderful for relaxing and the sea is very close. We got great recommendations for the area from Christina and her introduction to the technical facilities of the apartment was perfect. We felt very comfortable!

Located about twenty minutes by bus from the Vatican, the neighborhood is well served by public transport, making it ideal for a family stay in Rome. The two bedrooms offer all the necessary comforts for a pleasant vacation. Recommended!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment has everything you need. But for anyone who goes there, I would recommend renting a bike or car, as the way to shopping is already a bit longer. We also rode a bike to the train to go to Rome because the bus didn't come. But for a beach vacation, the place is great.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Salvatore was an excellent host, very responsive and caring. When the first Wi-Fi connection didn't work, he didn't hesitate to send someone to me at 11 p.m. to provide me with another one – which I really appreciated. He responded to messages quickly, even late at night. The apartment is amazing, even better than in the photos. I highly recommend it!

RALF’S apartment is a modern, very clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment in a residential community within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We stayed at RALF’S because of its proximity to the airport on our last night in Italy. I was provided the phone number of a private driver who knew in advance that I’d be calling with details. The arrangements with the private driver to the airport went exactly as we arranged. Very reasonably priced, on time and such a safe driver. I was pleased with this choice and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Fulvio’s Airbnb provided an amazing and affordable place to stay in Rome with great restaurants surrounding it, the place is a bit far from all of the touristy spots but with cheap public transport and the peace that comes with being away from tourists it was well worth it

Frederica was an amazing host! Always checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and checking in on me to make sure I didn't need any additional things. This apartment was so comfortable and spacious! I loved staying here!

This was a beautiful little apartment so close to the Colosseum! I highly recommend staying here.

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.
