Apartment holiday rentals in Fitzroy North

Such a great few days here. Lots of food, drinks and shops close by and a beautiful area. A really great spot to stay, made me wish I lived there permanently! Thanks Stu :)

Second time booking here and it was fantastic. Exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, great size and awesome balcony. Melina and Martin are friendly and accommodating hosts, even leaving a few basic necessities in the kitchen cupboards. Clifton Hill is peaceful, quiet and accessible to the city via express train in less than 10 minutes. Everything you need in this great place. Will stay again.

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

wlWe loved this tiny fyrst floor apartment and it suited our needs. We were out frim breakfast everyday and went to the Deli and Haps a lot. we walked into town twice, Princes Gardens not far away for a good walk. It is a small place so I suggest unpack your suitcase and leave at the top of the stairs. The place is immaculate and stykishly furnished. there wasn't anyone in the bottom apartment which I was thankful for, it would seem too intimate for us to have someone we don't know so close. that said, we would be to stay at this place. groovy neighbourhood and different than our usual city big hotel stayd in Melbourne... much more enjoyable.

The apartment was lovely, light & bright. Very comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful with a lovely outside space. the location is great. Right next to the 96 tamline and not far from the 11 tramline. A lovey walk to the zoo. Great restaurant nearby and many good cafes. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Sophie was very helpful and clear with her messages. I felt welcome in her apartment. It's a great base from which to explore Melbourne without being in the busy city centre. Fitzroy North feels relaxed but with plenty of amenities. Piedimonte's was great to have a short walk away. If you are thinking of staying in Melbourne then this apartment is ideal. Thanks Sophie

Great little spot in the middle of everything. Was close to everything we wanted to see but also felt like a little oasis. The building is solid and felt safe. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great communication from Jo.

Absolutely excellent place to stay in Melbourne! The area is perfect with lots of shops and lovely restaurant, easy access to the tram. The place is very cosy, I was impressed by how well-stocked it was - you could easily stay much longer than the long weekend we did. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Melbourne.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Lovely spot in Abbotsford. Suited us perfectly, only complaint is the super soft bed, which is a preference thing more than anything. Loved our stay and enjoyed being greeted by Chappy whenever we came home!

This was our second stay at Julian’s apartment but our first staying in the upstairs apartment. The upstairs space is spacious with everything you could possibly need, great vintage styling. The apartment is perfectly located for everything Fitzroy has to offer, along Smith Street, Gertrude Street and Johnston Street. Highly recommend,

We loved staying at Ghery’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and great shower. Great location with many walkable food options. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Melbourne.

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
