The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy living area with fireplace. The chalet has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and combines Alpine construction with the latest technology.

On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). In the Superior Suite with mountain view category, a 70 m² apartment for up to six people with two separate bedrooms, king-size double beds and a spacious living-dining area awaits you. The apartment also has a full kitchen with seating area, two luxurious bathrooms with oversized showers and a modern infrared cabin. A 20 m² terrace invites you to an outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. Das „woody“ ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und renoviert worden. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig und mit besten Geräten ausgestattet. Alle Holzarbeiten wurden von einem Schreinermeister durchgeführt, wodurch die Wohnung einen sehr gemütlich-modernen Charakter bekommen hat. Der Balkon läd ein zum Sonnenbaden und relaxen.
