Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Felixstowe

Mark and Jane were extremely communicative throughout. We were able to access easily using a key code box. The house was very clean and tidy and they had kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, water bottles and chocolate biscuits! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly decorated and the huge bath was a lovely treat. The house was a few mins drive from the wedding venue we were attending. Mark and Jane recommended a couple of taxi services. We used Hawk, which have a fantastic app so transport was very easy. All in all, a great short stay in Ipswich. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

We stayed at Gwyn’s place for a wedding in town - it was a short distance from Bury St Edmund’s so ideally located for us! Despite being an annex it felt very private and there was milk, cereal and croissants kindly left for our first breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy English cottage! From the moment we arrived, Sarah made us feel so welcome. She truly went above and beyond—every little extra she left in the home made our stay feel special and thoughtful. The cottage itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, filled with authentic British charm that made it peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and more—every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: just a short walk to the main area of town and right across the street from the railroad station, which made getting around so convenient. This was the perfect countryside escape, and we’re so grateful for Sarah’s hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

The Coach House was exactly what we were looking for to enable us to have an excellent long weekend in Woodbridge area. Location was perfect, house was equipped with everything needed and two good sized bedrooms was a bonus. Communication from Nichola was first rate. We feel fully rested after staying in this lovely rural location, couldn’t wish for anything else.

Second time we’ve stayed here and we again absolutely loved it! Super cozy and doggy friendly and in a great location so not far from a lovely bakery shop or nice pubs thank you so much again for having us!

Lovely old cottage; very well appointed and very comfortable. I can't fault it. it's in an ideal location for Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Framlingham, Woodbridge and the Suffolk coast. The owner is really nice too. Highly recommended.

Daisy and Joe's place was such a beautiful converted barn, we stayed there with our 3 dogs. There was loads of space inside and out. The walks on the grounds are georgeous, going through fields and going down to the beach area which our dogs loved. Such a lovely relaxing place to be it was just what we needed. I can't think of a better place to of been if your looking for a relaxing break. Thank you Daisy and Joe you have a wonderful place. Paula and Kevin.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Lovely spacious and comfortable property with great views of the river and Sutton Hoo. We really enjoyed the river walks and proximity to Woodbridge.

Our second stay in this beautiful apartment. We will most certainly be back again, which really says it all! The location is superb and the apartment is gorgeous, comfortable and really homely. We love it! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Lovely cosy flat with everything you needed with lovely surroundings. Julia was a great very friendly host very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend her flat as a great place to stay.

Cannot fault these lodges or michelle as a host. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and the lodges definitely have that added feel of luxury. Will 100% be returning. Thank you apple tree lodges for a perfect break. Beautiful lodges in a beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

A brilliant location, near the perfect sandy beach and all local amenities in this wonderful "old world" resort. Restaurants and pubs (and a brewery) only a few minutes walk away. The access might be difficult for anyone with mobility problems - it's up two flights of steep steps, the first of which is like a fire escape. We had a brilliant time and hope to return sometime! Had an absolutely gorgeous stay for my friends hen do celebrations. Being greeted on arrival with a stunning view of the chapel-esque part of the building with the flowers all in bloom. Then you walk down the side path that makes you feel like you're walking into the secret garden or the herbology classes at Hogwarts, simply unbelievable. Sophie was a great host, very friendly, understanding and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Towels and extremely comfortable beds/bedding provided. Lots of essentials in the pantry. It was absolutely perfect, everyone was in awe and it made for a very memorable weekend. The weather wasn't on our side so we didn't get to use the outside space, but with such a gorgeous interior it didn't matter at all. The cleaner Heidi was also wonderful on check out. It's not cheap (May half term weekend didn't help) but it's not a cheap environment and we'd pay it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you Sophie and Heidi!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
