Holiday rentals with beach access in Felixstowe

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

A gem of an appartement in a great location despite the fact that the glorious past of the building is, well... in the past! The appartement is light and well appointed and has fascinating views of the industrial port and the town below.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

A beautiful apartment central to Felixstowe & all it has to offer,right on the seafront. A very quiet spot despite the road. Great hosts who were responsive with messages. I'd definitely stay again.

This flat is a little gem if you want to be right in the middle of all Walton has to offer. It is on the main road and close to the station and beach. It has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. It is decorated very thougthfully and to a very high standard throughout. The kitchen has everything you need and the shower was lovely too. There are 2 big tvs and a nice little garden. It was extremely clean throughout. All bedding and towels were included, lovely cotton sheets I must say! It's an ideal holiday place for a couple to explore Walton or have a cosy night in. Fabulous Turkish takeaway next door too! Thank you again for thinking of everything your guests could possibly need!

Dunwich is a beautiful seaside village with an interesting history. Beach was good (by North Sea standards but be sure to either have feet like old boots or preferably a pair of swimming shoes. The house is perfect for a family get as ours was with grandparents, maiden aunts, youngish couple and a toddler. Everything you could need and more.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

We had a brilliant stay at Laurelie’s place. The house was lovely and had everything that we needed. Great location - very quick walk to the beach and the high street. Easy to park for free on the road just a few metre outside the property. We would highly recommend laurelie’s place and we are hoping to stay there again in the future.

Stayed there before, would stay again which is endorsement in itself. Would appreciate some milk upon arrival, otherwise a perfect stay.

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. Really enjoyed our stay at Penny’s. She kindly offered an early check-in which was helpful for our friends particularly. Great location and a comfortable house. She even managed wall-to-wall sunshine.

We had a relaxing stay in Julie's cottage, which had everything we needed and a bonus of two bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the toys and the garden. It is really peaceful at night and nearby to the harbour and town so we could walk everywhere and visit the local restaurants and pubs, which were great. Nice lido and playground for children and we recommend taking the harbour ferry to East Mersea. A lovely stay, thankyou.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

properties are very nice split level property that reminds me of an old Edwardian type property. It’s been very nicely done out the hot tub is really good and just generally everything just worked. The location is really good and we’d love to come back.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting family in Frinton. It was peaceful, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Carole's garden was very lovely with a friendly dog running around. Carole herself was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Well situated for Frinton and surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Lovely seafront location with fantastic views over the beach and sea. Less than five minutes' walk to the town centre. Accommodation was welcoming and beautifully presented.
