Private room. 2 minutes from the subway, the best location! Spacious balcony and kitchen.

Suitable for the whole family, or for a longer period of time (the best place to live for a month!) It is a spacious house. We rent the house where our family lived after a little maintenance, so there is most of what you need to live. Located in the outlying residential district, it is quiet and peaceful, and all the supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so not to mention the accessibility to downtown. (Approximately 20 minutes including walking time to the city center) You can sit on the very spacious balcony and enjoy a cup of tea while you're in the sun, or cook with the herbs I've been growing. Basic seasonings are also provided.

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options.
