The accommodation is accessible from a spiral staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome if they are used to living in an apartment.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Horses are in the spotlight in a green setting. In winter all the CHRISTMAS markets are close to ANDLAU The cottage is not suitable for small children who walk because the staircase is not secure. The pool cover is secure but there are no barriers when it is open.
