Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fažana

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

House Gortan was an excelent choice for us. We travelled as a family with a dog and were very satisfied. The house’s location was perfect for us, as we like to visit different beaches and also do some trekking, so we didn’t have to drive too much as there is a lot to do nearby. There are no restaurants in Marcana, but Luiza recommended a lot of good restaurants that were all like 10 minutes drive. The house itself was surprising: very good maintained, spotless clean, and completely equipped. It was the first time I traveled to an Airbnb and didn’t miss my kitchen, really great. Thank you Luiza for all the tips. It was a pleasure staying in your house.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

After a warm welcome, we felt right at home. Great views that invite you to linger in the garden. Since it was already dark around 5 PM, we could observe the clear starry sky from the Jacuzzi. Our children were able to play with the neighboring cats every day, who are now missed.

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We, a family with a child and a dog, spent a week with Meri and her husband. It was a very relaxing week and we felt comfortable. The accommodation is exactly as described and our child enjoyed the pool and the dog the completely fenced garden. Also the welcome food plate with cold cuts and cheese, fruit and drinks saved us cooking after arrival and was very accommodating, thank you again😉 The only thing I would wish for is either a mosquito net on the bedroom window or for the bed...or info that you should take something like that with you and maybe a thicker pad or mattress for the "sofa bed"😉 Meri as a host is very nice and attentive and we also gladly used her good tips. The area is also recommended, far enough from Turi Trübel yet close enough to make great excursions in every direction. Thanks again Meri for the wonderful time with you! An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. Your AirBnB is super clean and the interior fits the house perfectly. My girlfriend and I were very happy that we choose your house for our late summer vacation in the beautiful region of Istria. Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.
