Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fažana

Das Haus ist einfach großartig. Genauso wie beschrieben, eher besser. Der beheizte Pool ermöglicht es, stundenlang im Wasser zu spielen. Kinder können dabei vom beschatteten Sitzplatz aus beaufsichtigt werden. Die vielen anderen Spielmöglichkeiten im und beim Haus erlauben es, ganze Tage ohne Langeweile darin zu verbringen. Die Klimaanlage hält das Haus angenehm kühl und kann individuell gesteuert werden. Die Ausstattung ist in einem Top Zustand. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber und antwortet in Rekordzeit. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und kommen gerne wieder.

the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Als wir angekommen sind haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, grün und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch mit vielen warmen Farben eingerichtet - perfekt um vom Alltag runterzukommen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durch die drei verschiedenen Ebenen sehr weitläufig. Beim Pool konnten wir nicht feststellen wo wir diesen beheizen können, allerdings waren wir sowieso immer im Whirlpool. Eine für uns an sich perfekte Unterkunft. Wir würden aber maximal 4 Erwachsene empfehlen, da man sich sonst ein Zimmer teilen müsste.

House Gortan was an excelent choice for us. We travelled as a family with a dog and were very satisfied. The house’s location was perfect for us, as we like to visit different beaches and also do some trekking, so we didn’t have to drive too much as there is a lot to do nearby. There are no restaurants in Marcana, but Luiza recommended a lot of good restaurants that were all like 10 minutes drive. The house itself was surprising: very good maintained, spotless clean, and completely equipped. It was the first time I traveled to an Airbnb and didn’t miss my kitchen, really great. Thank you Luiza for all the tips. It was a pleasure staying in your house.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Es ist die beste Unterkunft, die ich je selber gemietet hat. Es passte einfach alles (einziger Stern Abzug war bei der Lage: wunderschöne Natur aber keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe z.B. Eis essen, einkaufen). Beim Einzug standen zwei Wurst/Käseplatten mit Brot im Haus. Obstkörbe und Kühlschrank war gefüllt - wahnsinnig nett. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus bietet ansonsten alles was das Herz begehrt. Viele kleine Dinge, die bei anderen Häusern nicht vorhanden sind. Wie z.B. Backpapier, Grillkohle, Essig/Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter und alle möglichen Küchengeräte. Im Außenbereich ein mega toller Pool und sehr viele Freizeit-Möglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Federball + Netz, Trampolin, Außengrill, überdachte Terrasse, Liegen. Es gab wirklich nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Deshalb: vielen Dank - und an alle die das Objekt sehen: unbedingt buchen - vor allem mit Kindern

I booked this place for my family and they were absolutely amazed with accommodation , Location, with their host Branka and her husband who were super helpfull and kind all the time. My nephew plaYed with their kids, it is away from the road so they are safe, they have barbecue, yard is really big. Apartment was nice and they had everything they needed. 10 stars. Me and my family highly recommend this accommodation.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang, haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht, die zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt. Da es gegen 17 Uhr bereits dunkel war, konnten wir den klaren Sternenhimmel aus dem Jacuzzi aus beobachten. Unsere Kinder konnten jeden Tag mit den Nachbarskatzen spielen, die nun vermisst werden.

Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche in der traumhaften Villa, uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen und alles war top 🤩 Patrik und seine Frau sind super nett und haben uns immer sehr schnell geholfen. Es gab überhaupt Nix zu bemängeln, wir hatten hier eine ganz besonders tolle Zeit. Der Pool war mit poolheizung perfekt für Ende September und hatte 29 grad 😍 ansonsten sind wir auch sehr gerne in die Sauna und in den Whirlpool gegangen. Alles war super sauber und eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen. This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Wir hatten ein tolles Haus mit Pool und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Wir, Familie mit Kind und Hund haben bei Meri und ihrem Mann eine Woche verbracht. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und unser Kind genoss sehr das Pool und Hund den komplett abgezäunten Garten. Auch das wilkommen Essen- Platte mit Aufschnitt und Käse,Obst und Getränke hat uns das Kochen nach der Anreise gespart und sehr entgegen gekommen, vielen Dank nochmal😉 Einzige was ich mir wünschen würde ist,entweder ein Mückennetz am Schlafzimmerfenster oder fürs Bett..oder Info,dass man so etwas mitnehmen sollte und vllt. ' ne dickere Unterlage oder Matratze fürs " Sofa- Bett"😉 Meri als Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und ihre gute Tips haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Die Umgebung ist auch empfehlenswert,weit genug von Turi Trübel trotzdem nah genug um tolle Ausflüge in jeder Richtung zu machen. Danke Meri nochmals für die schöne Zeit bei dir! The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. Your AirBnB is super clean and the interior fits the house perfectly. My girlfriend and I were very happy that we choose your house for our late summer vacation in the beautiful region of Istria.
