This beautiful characteristic Mas is situated on beautiful grounds of 2500 sq.m. near the lovely, authentic village Fayence. There are several terraces. There is a summerkitchen with a fridge, a stove and a barbecue. Outside there is also a simple bathroom with toilet and shower. This is a real French home for the ones who love France. In the morning you can walk to the bakery and in the evening you can walk to one of the many excellent restaurants in Fayence. There is a swimming pool from April 1 st of 10 x 5,5. Interior: Luxurious and very comfortable (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) The ground floor of the home has a large living room (approx. 50 sq.m.) with fire place, TV. There is a separate dining room. The kitchen has all mod cons such as micro wave, oven and dishwasher. There is a separate room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) + airco. One bedroom has a double bed of 1,40 m. The third bedroom has 3 single beds + airco. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and a smaller with shower only. Cot is present. On the top floor there is one bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 2 double beds and 5 single beds +airco. This floor is very nice for the kids. As you can see there are far more beds than 8 so you can choose which configuration fits your party best.
