Virginias place was very comfortable and clean. Virginia was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Updated appliances were really nice. The complimentary local fruits and wine were really nice. The resort like atmosphere and amenities made it seem we were on vacation instead of being put out if our house for a water leak. I will certainly recommend Virginss place to visiting family. Thank you Virginia.

It is a beautiful farmhouse. Well appointed with necessary amenities. We were here for a wedding weekend and had an amazing peaceful stay. Our group had kids and they enjoyed the open space running around throwing the ball and having a blast. I would love to comeback and enjoy the space and the area again!

It's a lovely, rustic unique home. The hosts are very communicative with quick responses. The property is sprawling with trails to walk. The outdoor BBQ and kitchen is great!! The guest house uses an outdoor access bathroom, it was just steps away, no problem with that at all.

This exceeded our expectations. The backyard is amazing! Almost made us not want to leave during the day. Super comfortable for our group of 7. Grilling experience out back was perfect while we sipped on wine and played corn hole. Firepit conversation was the best. Down the street from a yummy winery with delicious food. Easy to get to old town Temecula and some Other wineries. Really the place is great and we want to go back sooner than later. 10/10 recommended.

Beverly and Ora are wonderful hosts. The grounds around the property are truly magical. Waking up and hanging out by the pond, or bird watching with a coffee was such a nice start to my mornings. If I needed anything, or had a question Beverly and Ora were very accommodating. I would absolutely come back :)

Perfect place for a getaway and activity at the high school nearby. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Anytime we need anything, the host was happy to help. Would recommend this location and host!

Traveled to Fallbrook for a friend’s wedding and Casa Catalina was an amazing place to stay. The property has a resort-like feel and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Catalina was such a wonderful host - always responsive and was amenable to our requests. Highly recommend if staying in the area. We look forward to coming back - thanks for everything Catalina!

Spotless and very comfortable place that looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable beds and linens and we loved hanging out on the back patio enjoying the cool evenings. The Keurig was a plus. We walked to the ocean a couple of times but to go swimming at the main beach we opted to drive. We loved Aja's place and can't wait to come back!

It is a perfect place if you're looking to make a quick trip to Oceanside. We only stayed for a night and half a day, but it was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and quick access to downtown to attend celebrations with friends. Betsy was super communicative and friendly, no issues whatsoever.

Many thanks to Cody and the Team. We are Solana Beach local and we need a temporary home for about a week. Cody’s place is our No.1 pick based on the location and the value. It’s literally walking distance to the beach, perfect for surfers. Very convenient with a bunch of restaurants nearby. Before we find Cody’s place, we stayed at several hotels in the neighborhood, each and every of them requires 20-40mins on the freeway if commute to our home. Cody’s location is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s and we can confidently say it’s in the best spot of Solana Beach, whether you come for hiking or surfing or just a peaceful weekend. Highly recommend, and thanks again for all the friendly reminders we received from the team.

Rented this airbnb for my 70 year old mother in law who was visiting family in the area. She said the airbnb was perfect - clean, easily accessible, everything you’d need and more.

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. Thank you so much for the amazing communication and well kept property.

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. They had a wagon which was clutch to help transport beach necessities to and from without issue. Loved the rooftop space to hang out and unwind. Train wasn’t an issue, barely heard it when we were inside. Area was great for a quick getaway. Super responsive and got any issues taken care of right away. Everyone had tons of relaxing fun in the sun.

Nick was a great host! He let us check in early to get settled, was communicative and helpful, and the apartment was everything we were looking for. I loved the location as it is very close to downtown Oceanside while still in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt very secure with the courtyard and loved the coffee shop right across the street. I would recommend staying here and plan on staying here again the next time we come down!

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful.
