Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Great place! Modern simple, deep tub, steam shower, comfy beds and pillows, peaceful environment. Wall-to-wall window doors look out into palm trees, chirping birds, lots of natural light. Note-there’s 2 entrances to underground parking of this. Parking entrance is LEFT side of building down the hill. Great to have dedicated indoor parking! Lovely stay

Location to beach was great! Property was beautiful! Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room all as pictured and nice. Juan was great to communicate with! Area is a little noisy to sleep with windows open at night. We left windows open during the day and used the fans at night with windows closed. Having fans on ceilings and provided in the bedrooms was nice. We were not hot while sleeping.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

Kim was a delight to communicate with. Very responsive and extremely accommodating. We ended up with an upgraded ocean view room at the same price! The location is wonderful and there are a lot of activities for families, which we appreciated. There are so many cool places to eat, shop and walk around that are close by with a short drive. Everything was clean and amenities were easily assessable. This place is great for families! Thank you Kim for your wonderful help and communications. Our family is looking forward to booking again with you in the future!

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Great place! super close to the beach. They even leave fun stuff like a closet full of things you need for the beach. We would stay again.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

We needed to get away from LA for a few days and picked the perfect place. Fully lived up to our expectations, clean, roomy, and well appointed. Alina gave great and helpful instructions. Will look to booking again and thourly recommend this great location.

Such a great place to stay. Restaurants, beach, pier all within walking distance. Within the complex pools, gym, and game room. My kids especially loved feeding the koi fish in the pond. The condo was centrally located in the complex between the game room and the pool. Sitting on the balcony you can hear the waterfall and get a peek at the ocean through the trees. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing week! The condo is just a few steps away from the beach and also has a pool and spa that we had almost to ourselves most of the time! It’s also walking distance from tons of restaurants and the pier! The room is modern, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to have a great trip! We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Oceanside!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

This house was absolutely GORGEOUS!! My friends and I got together for a girls weekend here and it was such a perfect setting for a wonderful weekend. Had to pick my jaw up off the floor when we first arrived! Hilda is a wonderful host and was very attentive and responsive. If you get the chance, absolutely stay here! Hope to come back again someday!!

We had an amazing time at The Cutest Little Beach House in Carlsbad! Jen and Colin were perfect hosts. We were able to pay for an early check in to accommodate our flight arrival time, and it's always great when a host is there to greet you in person and show you the ropes. The house was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It had all the amenities shown and everything was in good working order. The game room was so much fun and the roof top patio was relaxing with a nice view. It was so nice to have some snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived before we could make a grocery run, and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Jen and Colin were very quick to respond to text messages, and we were given so many great restaurant recommendations based on our food preferences. They really go above and beyond as hosts, and you can't find a better house for a family with kids. Beach entrance is .5 mile walk and pretty easy to get to. I couldn't recommend it higher!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and we could watch the sunset from the hot tub. The kids loved the water slide. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around. The kitchen is a dream.

We had an amazing stay in Cardiff-by-the-Sea! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach and stunning ocean views. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the laid-back charm of coastal San Diego. We’d definitely come back!

My family enjoyed Seraph’s home because it is clean and modern. Most of the furniture is new or pristine. There was plenty of parking and having a connected garage was convenient. Seraph’s home has 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen and sofa are on the second floor. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together. The Airbnb is located in an area where new homes are being built. There was some loud construction noise on our first day, but it luckily stopped after a few hours. The neighborhood is family friendly. My nephew and niece enjoyed the nearby park/playground. Seraph was an excellent host. He was responsive and accommodating. For example, he was able to help us when our family needed additional towels. We wish the home was closer to popular restaurants and grocery stores, but besides that, it definitely met our expectations. If you’re looking for a home in South Orange County, Seraph’s home is a great option!

Katherine was a wonderful host, and the property was a fantastic place to stay while our kitchen was being remodeled. The pool is amazing, the view is peaceful and lovely. Katherine was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything or had questions. We do know the area, so we didn't need to do any exploring, but we loved the easy access to the freeway to go south to beautiful San Diego or west to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and the neighborhood was great to walk with our dog. The house was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed to function as a family. Plenty of linens, pool towels, and bedrooms to spread out and feel comfortable. The pool and slide are the highlight of staying here for sure!
