Our home is a beautiful farm high on the hills of Fallbrook, in North San Diego County. It is nestled in an enchanting rural area surrounded by mountainous views with sights of the Pacific Ocean on clear days. It is only 40-45 minutes drive from the beach of Oceanside, 30 min from the wineries and casinos of Temecula, and 1 hr from San Diego. The property consists of a main house and two adjacent cottages with all the amenities for modern living. Ideal for large family or small group retreat!

One of the last remaining undeveloped parts of Southern California, De Luz Heights is located adjacent to the Cleveland National Forest, and the Santa Margarita River (just a few miles from the campsite). On my 80 acres, there are no public roads going through or next to the property.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.

We have comfortably hosted groups of up to 40 people. Very private. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king beds. House was completely updated by the current owners in 2014. Recent updates include new sleeper sofas in 2021, new BBQ grill in 2022, Tesla Powerwall in 2023, new kitchen and patio table seats in 2024.
