Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

This was a very great find. Affordable for the part of the city we were in. Lots of energy and activity around the area, with plenty of places to eat/drink within a few block radius. Close to everything you need to be close to downtown. Easy check-in process. Beautiful, clean apartment. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

Brandon's place was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable space. The location was great and Brandon is an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again!

Natalie’s place was just like the pictures. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay of 6 adults. The sunsets were beautiful from the dock and the kayaks were a definite bonus! We enjoyed time outside on the dock, deck, and in the hot tub! The beds were very comfortable and our stay was great!

The lovely “cottage” on Deb‘s property was gorgeous, serene & just what the dr ordered for this exhausted DC mom! Deb couldn’t have been more welcoming; provided an amazing spread of fresh fruits, cookies, a lemon cake, wine, bagels w/cream cheese & OJ in the fridge. Super appreciated as we didn’t arrive until 9:30PM the 1st night. The 1st few days, my teen son & I enjoyed the tranquility of the property, including the refreshing pool & plenty of fun activities nearby. Then, my husband (who had to work), picked up our son so I cld decompress & have a couple much-needed days to hang out w/girlfriends who joined me @ the cottage. Although our last full day was a tad rainy, it didn’t deter us from having a delish brunch in town, checking out the arts festival by the canal & stepping into some cool stores on the main st of vibrant Frederick. Deb‘s accommodations were uber-plush; by far the most luxurious AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you so much for the cathartic reset, Deb! 😮‍💨

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

This place is awesome!!! Very quiet and nice neighborhood. This was the place that I chose for our 11 th wedding anniversary and could not ask for a better experience. The kitchen is what I loved the most . Many places to eat near by and the Chesapeake bay is right there.

What a beautiful little spot of heaven at the end of the long driveway nicely tucked back with orioles, bunnies and even two kitties running around outside, inside is the so quaint and comfy and clean. The view out the windows gave peace and the fireflies at night were so cool. Stanley went above and beyond to be accommodating on our trip and his place is top notch. 10/10 would stay again

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Big shoutout to Joel and his space! Joel welcomed us to the Airbnb, gave us crystal clear instructions on how to get in and out, and showered us with a ton of neighborhood recommendations. The space itself was a great reminder that not all modern AirBnbs need to be soulless gray boxes. We had a great time reveling in all the kitsch. Lots of communication and flexible checkin/checkout times were a bonus. Thanks Joel!

Great hosts and a very nice place to stay and even supplied our coffee (luv the espresso machine!) and sunscreen needs (sorry we used what was left but really appreciate as we all forgot ours) In a cool neighborhood with a number of close restaurants and nice easy walk to metro station and a short ride to all the sites. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in place, early morning kid thumping above us was early wake up call but no worries, kids will be kids ;-)

We love staying here. The bed was super comfortable. It was a walking distance from so much to do. Jeremy was super helpful and went above and beyond. We just really loved staying here.

Susan’s place was perfect for our family. Our daughter was graduating from Catholic U only 15 minutes from rental. So happy we had a comfortable, nice, clean place to stay for all including kiddos. The very clean bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size with plenty of closets, and both living areas are nice and comfortable for relaxing. Only used oven once but having a double oven is nice if needed. Even dishwasher was so quiet! Being part of DC, we loved that the neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful and safe. The metro was so close and easy for us to make our two day trips to DC. Two parking spots in front of the door were great. Even street parking was plentiful when we needed it. Didn’t use back deck or front porch but if we stayed longer we probably would have. We had an event at the University the night before graduation and Susan was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in.

Very well-designed and well-stocked apartment, clean and quiet in a great location - super walkable with sidewalks and trees, close to lots of restaurants and the metro. Easy parking and check-in, proactive and responsive hosts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Calvin's place was exactly what we needed and much more. It was described accurately, yet exceeded expectations with tiny details. For example, there was not only coffee and tea available, but creamer in the fridge, too. We had a peaceful night sleep and a nice shower. I recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet space to work and stay in the area.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

House is amazing!! Everything was perfect and well organized!! Will definitely be back at this property. Excellent communication.

Dorie and her daughter are wonderful hosts. The area is nice and walkable. We took a walk everday while there. Central to shopping and parks. It is a family neighborhood. Dorie initiated contact several times during our trip to see if we needed anything, to clarify check out instructions, and to let us know she was available if needed. This apartment is upstairs, the host lives below. You will enter through your own private entrance. As far as the dust or noise others mentioned...that was not our experience. This isn't a hotel. Theres no housekeeping. The homes aren't brand new. Its a charming apartment with great hosts in a sweet little neighborhood. Think of staying at your aunts place, not the Ritz. If your standards are perfection, you'd likely prefer a hotel. If you are more relaxed and want a ready made apartment that feels more like home than a vacation spot, this is your spot. I found the apartment clean and comfy! Age is not dirt or grime. Just a normal spot! Airbnbs are homes
