Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairfield

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in apartments designed and hosted by Kali. Kali is very easy to communicate with, clear and simple instructions, flexible, just easy. This apartment is almost like a studio apartment and it doesn't have a TV which was clearly stated in the listing, so we expected it. Nevertheless, It is v comfortable and v well located in Fitzroy. We will come back again next time. Thanks Kali.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

The perfect home away from home. Everything inside the apartment was carefully designed and thought out. Emily was a wonderful host and was responsive throughout our stay.

Great location and great responsive host. Easy self-checkin. We really adored the effort Jo has placed on the interior of the house. It's got a cool retro vibe but at the same time modern in execution.

We had a great experience staying at Nick’s place. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved the place. Located within waking distance to so many wonderful markets, cafes, hotels. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Ange’s place was the perfect spot for us during our stay in Melbourne. Comfortable beds. Lovely gardens and a short walk to the tram that is direct to the city. Great food and restaurants nearby including iconic places like AI bakery and Rumi. Highly recommend. Ange herself has been wonderful to communicate with. Thanks so much for having us Ange.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
