Place was wonderful! Caught lots of small fish without leaving our cabin! Clean, friendly. This was our 2nd time staying at their cabins. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this home for a long weekend to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We have very busy schedules and this peaceful getaway was EXACTLY what we needed. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and no detail was overlooked. From communication, experience and follow up it could not have been more perfect. It was so peaceful and beautiful and allowed us some much needed rest and downtime. It was close to hiking and a few local places to eat and a great coffee shop. Highly recommend this lovely home if you are looking for a quiet, restful getaway. Thank you!

it is a cute little cottage and we had an amazing time!! my only complaints are the difficult to maneuver stairs necessary to get up or down to use the restroom and getting in and out of the hot tub we found extremely hard. we were a party of ladies aged 40, 50, and 60+ so for those without bad knees, backs, or hips the stairs wouldn't be an issue. thank you for the hospitality Lisa

The cottage was just as described. A wonderful hocking hills weekend. Within 15 minutes of parks. The cottage is quiet and private. 10/10

Nicole’s place was great! The back yard was amazing for our dog and the house has everything you’d need for a long weekend. Super walkable to many restaurants and things to do!

Was visiting hocking hills state park. it was about a 30 -40 drive to most of the site. So was not bad drive. and joyed the view. It was so quite and peaceful. It was nice to sit on the porch and listen to the birds! hardly anyone drove by! The house was nice with plenty of space to move around. The first floor room would be very accessible for anyone! The start upstairs where very steep.

A relaxing place with Idyll brand candles, soap, etc. So fun and smelled lovely. Well stocked kitchen with a high-end espresso machine. It's always so great to come back from a hike and have a nice soak in the hot tub. Couldn't ask for a better location to world class hiking and interesting breweries. We were lucky to be there during the Washboard Festival in Logan and caught some very talented bands. We also enjoyed listening to the eclectic record collection on the Victrola. It seemed like we were in a tree house because of all the windows with the views of the forest. Thanks for all the detailed instructions to the home and to the area. I almost forgot how much I loved the books tucked into the shelves.

The place was absolutely beautiful. We got to see plenty of deer and other wildlife right in the backyard. The amenities were plentiful and had way more space than what the pictures showed. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would return myself.

This is a cute little place in German village. The downstairs is very well appointed, and air conditioning works well. Upstairs, only one of the bedrooms has a small window AC unit, but the other bedroom unfortunately does not so it was very hot through our entire stay. This neighborhood is very walkable, and there are a lot of great restaurants close by. A lot of people really enjoy gardening there, and we enjoyed seeing all the different plants and flowers in the area. Parking can be a little challenging as it’s on the street, but we were able to find a place each evening, though it might be a block or two away.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at this lovely little cottage!! It had a little bit of everything, and a lot of ways away from the loudness of any cities. We didn't get to use the hot tub unfortunately, but we could've prepared better. the hot tub wouldn't heat above 91, even when making sure it was on the right setting. We discovered this on our second night there, when we went to get in around 6pm. We waited an hour to see if it would heat up at all, but it wasn't budging. We did contact Trisha then, and she contacted maintenance, but we decided to just forego the experience because it would've taken awhile for the water to heat up and we don't stay up late. We do plan on coming back, this was a gem of a place! The only thing I would add is some lamps or some accent lighting in the house for us neurodivergents that dont use "the big light" because it hurts our eyes and is overstimulating. That's a personal preference, which is why I'm giving our experience 5 stars well earned!

We had a great time in German Village! The house was walking distance to bars/restaurants/Schiller park and very cozy. Bob and Meredith made us feel right at home, the place was clean and beautiful and we had everything we needed for our stay:) would come back again!

We had a great weekend hiking at Hocking Hills and had a very comfortable stay at the cottage. Joseph was very helpful! We will most definitely book again when in the area!

Might be the most dog friendly airbnb we have ever stayed at. Great location close to the lake and the bike trail, very nice fenced in yard for the pups with plenty of games and activities for the people, and plenty of space for the price. Kelly was super responsive to all messages and very helpful with any questions we had. Guide books were very thorough and included tons of local recommendations (including dog friendly ones, of course), and there was a lot of attention to detail in the prep for this house that made our stay more comfortable like toiletries available for our use and some homemade dog treats waiting in the fridge for us. Kelly's home will be at the top of our list next time we need a Buckeye Lake bnb to crash in for a few days.

The cottage feel was peaceful and it afforded us a place to stay for a few days of rest.

We were in town for a music festival at legend valley and this location was perfect. Comfy place right in the canal and less than 10 minutes from the venue. Fantastic and would definitely stay again.

We book a place last minute on Memorial weekend due to my parents lakehouse having additional guests requesting to stay over. Paula's place was clean and in a great location. A+ communication with us leading up to and during the stay. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay at Buckeye Lake!

Just like last time, everything was perfect!!! It rained all day Friday, but we still had fun. Plenty to do and very peaceful and private. Best rainy day ever!!! My son and his friend even took a bike ride in the rain!😂. I took an hour long bike ride on Saturday when it was nice and Sunny!!😂. My wife and I used the hot tub like 10 times during our stay. Just an awesome escape for the real world!!😂. We will definitely be back a third time!!!! P.S. The dogs loved it too. We officially call it doggy vacation!!!😂

What a great little place! For anyone wondering about the driveway it was very deceiving when we pulled up but we got a Tahoe, a 16ft enclosed trailer and a dually truck in there it’s huge!! Would 100% stay again

Very nicely remodeled cottage near the lake (one street away). We were there for a long weekend festival at the Legend Valley music venue. It had all the amenities we needed. Really close to restaurants and groceries. Was close to the venue and we were easily able to find affordable Ubers to and from each day. Comfortable beds were a blessing at the end of a long day of music!

Very nice little cottage. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.
