Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Fairfield County

The property was just like the photos, beautifully remodeled and decorated throughout. Getting there was easy and checking in was straightforward. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in the country away from everyone else and look no further this place has that with luxury included. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

House was great, lots of games and entertaining space. Location is right off the highway, so there is traffic noise when you’re outside, but it is close to a lot of activities. Has everything you need, and the hosts were very responsive.

It was easy to find but you are actually in the basement of a house built on a hill. I don’t think that shows in the listing. The people above you actually live there. They greeted us and were both lovely. I didn’t realize it was really one big room. Also, it is much more rustic than it looks in the photos. The porch with the hot tub, table, swing and glider was very nice as it looked out on the big field and woods. Bre and Peter were very quick at getting back to me if I had a question. I did not like having to go through a second app though. I’d rather do everything just through Airbnb.

Scott’s place is exactly as described, small yet comfortable. The yard area is very relaxing and inviting. We saw quite a a few wildlife in the area even spotting a white tail deer near the property. Scott is very responsive and friendly.

Me and my family had a great time staying here. We went there to visit family in the neighboring town and discovered new things around here that even they didn’t know about. The host is very responsive and friendly and made our stay super easy.

We said at Aaron’s place the night before an appointment in Columbus. It was a peaceful community. We enjoyed walking down to Fairfield Beach and sitting by the water watching boats and fishers. The hot tub was a nice addition to wind down and relax. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful property near Buckeye Lake. The house was exactly as described: spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The game room was a hit with our kids (as were smores over the fire pit), the hot tub was relaxing, and the location was convenient to most everything in the area. The peaceful setting by the canal was perfect for a quiet weekend away. The hosts were responsive and made check-in seamless. We appreciated them sharing the place with us.

This was a great little spot for our visit to Hocking Hills. It was far enough out of town to be more peaceful, but still close enough to Door Dash some food when needed! The house was quaint and cozy. My toddler enjoyed the toys.

Nice apartment! Plenty of places nearby for eating/shopping. We did travel with two small children so it wasn’t the best area to walk with them. Seemed like it was college move out so lots of parties in the area. We could hear the above apartment most of the night (our children did sleep through it) I just tend to be a light sleeper. Quick response to our questions and clean apartment and clean common areas.

We will return to stay at Dom’s place. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc., as well as to downtown. The building had great amenities and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. However, the pillows on the bed were terrible so consider bringing your own. The parking garage was really good and close by and we were glad to have somewhere to park no matter the time of day. There was plenty of grass and garden area behind the building for our dog to use and plenty of other furry friends around the neighborhood. We felt safe at all times of the day. Overall, we had a great few days.

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing place! The layout of the house is so cool and it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time outside, exploring in nature. It really is a big outdoor playground! We really enjoyed swimming and using the slip and slide! This place is truly a hidden haven. While there, it feels as though you are far away in a beautiful, secluded forest, yet when in need of something, the store is only minutes away. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They responded to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay and found the place clean, inviting and the decor was perfect. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and it was a great stay all around!

Lovely cabin and location for a long weekend. Clean with enough towels, hand soap, garbage bags, and TP for our weekend (even left the TP we brought behind :) ). Little things like a dog dish so I didn't have to use ours and the solar light in front so you can see the cabin from the road at night are special touches. Location was nice as it was close to Logan for a quick dinner out or to grab food to make in the cabin, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. Appreciated having some level of WiFi, but be warned it isn't enough to work from or use multiple devices - which was fine by me this weekend! We enjoyed playing games and cards and were only slightly sad to not be able to watch March Madness as easily as at home. My only wish for this cabin is to have a washer/dryer after a day of muddy hiking and playing in streams. Did I mention how clean it was when we arrived? Wonderful place to stay!

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was only a few blocks away from the lake and it was so peaceful. The hosts were extremely quick to respond with whatever we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. Perfect stay if you have kids since there is a game room and plenty of board games. The high ceilings were so aesthetically pleasing and we were blown away by the surround sound in the ceiling & the gorgeous gold shower. So cool. We will definitely be returning soon!

there was seven of us women who went on a girl's weekend getaway and when we arrived the place was very nice and very clean it was just like being at home everything we needed was there we're thinking of doing a girls trip again next year and if so we will be booking the same place also it's close to downtown Logan

Wonderful place! The house was very clean with lots of fun activities available. Easy to travel to Hocking Hills for a hike. Very peaceful with plenty of good space to hang out as a big group. It was a little hot in the rooms at night, but there were fans in all the rooms and that helped. Everything was great!

The ivory buck is a terrific get away for two. Convenient to the outdoor adventure of Hocking Hills and the small town charm of Lancaster. Hot tub is a great way to end or start the day. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

This place had everything. Great for young kids and great for a dog. Dale and Tammi have truly thought of everything when it comes to this home. They were very responsive when we had questions and the place was immaculate. I would definitely visit again!

We love this house! The house itself is so inviting and beautiful. It is spacious and you can't beat the views from either porch. The hosts are very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We were at the house mainly to sleep and for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable! Shower in the master bath was small and a little tight. The shared bathroom has a larger shower. Kitchen was supplied with minimal equipment for cooking and would not be enough if you wanted to bake. The house is very spacious and easy to find. It worked well for what we needed!

Overall, we had a really good time at this location. For whatever reason, the GPS sent us to a different (but very close) spot and the service was spotty so that part was originally a little stressful. Once settled in, everything was easily found in the home. I’d recommend bringing extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper plates etc. for an extended stay — or one with a lot of girls. I enjoyed the property and my stay at Honeybee Hideaway!
